Gentlemen, I’m totally with you re/damage to the military and the tradition of loyalty to the chain of command, but I’d like to object to the characterization of officers (in general) being more likely to make this kind of a claim. Most officers just as loyal and committed; sadly there are always a few bad apples.

Once again we see liberals making fools of themselves because they are completely incapable of having an adult debate on the issue(s) (I assume because either they don’t have the intellect to do so, or they already know their position is completely indefensible). If Dr. Taitz were aligned politically with author, or had the author had not flunked out of law school, she’d be boasting about her impressive education, rather than trashing someone who has earned both a medical and law degree.

Good Day! I thought it was important for your edification, “esq” as a honorific is almost obsolete. As a certified and protocol consultant, “Esq” is never used in verbal introductions. Basically, it is used on invitations.

Moron- I am NOT a lawyer, I don’t know how else to phrase it. I went to law school, I graduated, no bar exam yet. And I am perfectly content that she can file suit until her heart is content. This is not a free speech issue, which you would know if you read my other post, wherein I explained my problem is with the military aspect of it.

Like it or not, we’re almost certainly stuck with the guy for the next 3 1/2 years at least. I don’t like what he’s done thus far, but the people (and Electoral College) have spoken. The real definition of natural born citizen means that the alleged president is not eligible to be there. Dr. Taitz is an American hero, a naturalized American citizen, who understands the definition of ‘natural born citizen’. Major Cook is an American hero. They have invested their lives in defending our Constitution. What have you done to defend our Constitution lately? When I used the expression “silly little paper” in refering to the US Constitution, it is done sarcastically because many “morons” as I have stated don’t seem to find the Constitution important enough to follow. And they mock the efforts to adhere to it, especially the part about the President being qualified, of which Obama/Soetoro is not…. for at least 3 reasons. Two of those reasons can be easily cited and morons don’t want to acknowledge the facts. (or I’ll open the door to the possibility that they are ignorant and do not know the facts.) Either way, too many people overlook the importance of what is going on with the necessity to have a legal President!

TSO is a not-so-perfect example of the “pathology of ignorance” gripping this country. If he would spend more time learning the facts (and humility) and much less time elevating his misconceptions in public, he would at least “give the impression” he was trying to understand the problems we in America are currently facing.
What I’ve found over the years is that people who act in such cavalier fashion or with such an obvious disdain for “fact”, usually harbor real feelings of inadequacy (thus the personal attacks and bullying) or have an agenda that cannot stand up to the light of “truth.”
My current job is to help “dissolve the integrity of American ignorance” all across America. I would be more than happy to work with TSO free of charge.

The Supreme booted this case. The Congress doesn’t want it. What do you advocate now? Rebellion? I’m more concerned about my brothers and sisters in arms that are getting shot at than your mental masterbations about whether Obama faked his short form birth certificate, or who put the alert in the newspaper.
And I really don’t see how the Constitution is served by a lynch mob in search of some document that they will only contend is fake anyway. How about we worry about stuff we have some control over, like making sure this debacle of a health plan is defeated.

That’s my point in all of this. For everyone of these barrack Room Lawyers who decide they don’t want to go, someone else has to step into that slot.
I think that it would be wonderful if the Army (or whichever branch) would designate his replacement as such, and then be prepared to invest the fellow who refused to go with the same treatment that his replacement received. if his replacement dies, he dies. If he loses an arm, so does the refusee.
Draconian? Sure….. but when you sign your name to the dotted line and take the oath, you have to be prepared to carry out your part of the contract, or accept the consequences.

OK guys, it seems I must step into the fray in support of TSO’s positions. I did graduate from law school in the top 10% of my class and passed the bar on the first try. Thus, I am a lawyer.
I have read excerpts from Ms. Ortiz’s pleadings and, as someone who, from time to time teaches law school and has law students as interns, I would return all of her papers to the offending student and question whether they had a future in the law. She simply cannot write. Further, her legal reasoning is weak, at best.
Next, while the law may have been different then, it only takes one US parent to be a US citizen now. My partner-in-crime was born to a Moroccan mother and a US service member father in Morocco – he is and always has been a US citizen. He has always had a US passport and they had no issues regarding his citizenship when he enlisted in the US Navy or gave him security clearance.
Next, the Supreme Court has set a high standard for what is required for surrendering US citizenship. For example, a US citizen serving in the Israeli military is still a US Citizen according to the Supremes. Thus, a minor does not surrender his citizenship even if a foreigner adopts him, particularly if his mother retains US citizenship. He would have to take deliberate steps after obtaining the age of majority. This whole argument only holds for people who have not actually done their research.
You see, in this country, we have this thing called separation of powers which gives the Supreme Court of the United States the ultimate power to define the meaning of the Constitution. It is my understanding that the Supreme Court has refused to hear the complaints about Mr. Obama’s birth certificate so it is, pretty much, OVER.

Actually, it was the Supreme Court itself which gave itself “the ultimate power to define the meaning of the Constitution”. The Founders never intended for that to be so. But the US Supreme Court in Marbury v Madison deemed itself the ultimate judge.

Susan, if you check the COLB that was released when this first came up, it gives the mother’s race as “Caucasian” and the father’s race as “African”. Odd phrase, as at the time in the US, the words of choice were, African-American, afro-American or negro. And this isn’t to give cover to any of the theories out there, just saying. And this just covers the COLB that was released, nothing more.

My research is showing that “Colored” was replaced by “Black” during the 60’s as popularized by the Black Power Movement. African-American (which his father was not) wasn’t brought into the mainstream until the 70’s.
Having been born in 61, it is more plausible that he was “Colored” or “Black” or “African” (based on his father’s citizenship) on his Birth Certificate.

I have seen my client’s 1960s marriage certificate from Atlanta, GA and it said “negro.” I remember being shocked to see that they actually used that word in the official documents.
If the child is born abroad and only one parent is a USC, that parent must meet a US physical presence requirement.

BNG and Olga, this is anecdotal only. I was in law enforcement, starting in 1970. When we ran a file check on someone, we used white/caucasian, asian, negro or indian, as the case may have been, at the time. Over time, the race identifiers changed. But we never used “African American” or “Afro-American”. I’m not sure, but I would imagine the documents of the time reflected the general use of the race identifiers of the time. Only sayin, as I don’t know. My BC states “caucasian” for both of my parents.
I’m inclined to think there may be an embarrassment on the BC, not a smoking gun as to his birthplace.

That is why it is most important to have HR 1503 passed, so that all who take office will have to prove they are authentic citizens with authentic genuine documents, and POTUS is a Natural Born Citizen with valid and genuine proof to substantiate his/her identity.

A a USMC Infantry Sgt Currently serving in Iraq, MY orders come from my LT, or CAPT (verbal) written orders come from the BC, Commanding General of (insert unit here) or Headquarters Marine Corps… I would LOVE to know what this guy’s job is that requires orders from the comander in cheif.
If there is a problem with legality of deployment orders, that is a matter for my BN legal officer, or someone on the CG’s staff. NOT ME. If the guy had a problem with the Prez, he should have done this when he took the oath of office, not 6 months later. Untill congress says he’s no longer president, he’s still the commander in cheif and by law I am still required to carry out the orders of those appointed over me.

Susan, I would like to reply to your post #60, if I may.
Using McCain, or your p-i-c as examples leaves out a very small detail; were they born on US military bases, or US embassies/consulates? If they were, then they were born on US soil. I was born in Germany, on a US military base to an American GI father and German mother (I know, crazy that an American GI married a German girl; very rare that THAT happens), so I was born on US soil.
At the time that Obama was born, the law would be one parent and US soil. The whole contention is that it wasn’t US soil for “the one” and the cert of live birth that I saw, which is the one supposedly used to verify his birth looks a lot like my State Dept. one, except mine is signed by the Secretary of State and the Consul in Munich, whereas his is not signed by anyone.
That aside; I have made my feelings about the Major known on this site, and others, which is: Do your fricken job. I have absolutely no time for those that voluntarily sing up to do something and then back out with any of there lame assed excuses. I put him in the same category as Watada and Agosto. If you want to question his legitimacy; fine, but do it within the system and have your lawyer do your bidding while you fulfill your fricken obligation.
I just wanted to clarify a few points about the born on stuff.
BTW, I’m not in exact same time slot as “the one”, but it is close enough so that it would be the same rules and regs.

The case of the missing birth certificate grows more and more curious. It has been fascinating to see how quickly various news sites have been frantically altering their assertions regarding Obama’s birth hospital ever since Jerome Corsi broke the news of Barack Obama’s letter to the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children on July 6. This means that Obama was either born twice in Hawaii, or he was not born at Queen’s Medical Center, as he claimed in 2007 when he first announced his presidential candidacy in Springfield, Ill.
The attempt of the Obama administration to confuse the issue by substituting a computerized Certification of Live Birth for an actual Certificate of Live Birth – which contains information about the birth hospital as well as the signature of the attending physician or midwife – has failed, as WorldNetDaily had no trouble explaining the difference between the two to the American public.
Join more than 400,000 others in a petition campaign to make President Obama reveal his long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate!
While numerous attempts to clarify the historical record have been successfully fought by the administration’s lawyers, the issue became much more serious when Maj. Stefan Cook, a U.S. Army reservist with deployment orders to Afghanistan, filed a lawsuit based on his questions about the legality of a deployment order based on the command of a potentially illegitimate commander in chief. But rather than contesting the suit, the Army took the highly peculiar step of revoking the major’s deployment order, suggesting that the Pentagon generals are not entirely confident that they can demonstrate the legitimacy of their purported commander in chief.
The doubts this action raised about Obama’s legitimacy were further increased when Maj. Cook was almost immediately fired from his civilian job at a private defense contractor, reportedly due to pressure from a federal agency under the Department of Defense, the Defense Security Services Agency. Although the obvious purpose of revoking the deployment order was to render the lawsuit moot, the firing only provides Maj. Cook with additional ammunition for broadening the scope of his lawsuit now that he has suffered demonstrable material damages.
Maj. Cook has already been joined in his lawsuit by two other soldiers, a retired Army two-star general and an active reserve Air Force lieutenant colonel. But the potential consequences of the major’s revoked deployment go far beyond the number of American soldiers with doubts about the legitimacy of orders from their nominal commander in chief. The Pentagon’s decision to back down rather than risk exposing Obama’s birth records to the public means that every single American soldier, sailor, pilot and Marine now holds a “get out of war free” card. Not only every deployment order, but every order issued from an officer in the line of command can now be challenged in the knowledge that the top brass are afraid to respond for fear that their commander could be exposed for a fraud.
Given the number of sea and barracks lawyers in the various branches of the U.S. military, it seems unlikely that it will take very long for servicemen who are disinclined to accept an unpalatable or dangerous order to figure out how to best make use of this useful little veto. If even a small number of soldiers elect to do so, the effect on military discipline could rapidly become catastrophic.
It is hard to comprehend why Obama has been so obsessively secretive about his personal records, but it is now time for him to call off his lawyers and show the American public his cards. It would be the height of irresponsibility for the commander in chief of the U.S. armed forces to be the source of destroying American military discipline. Permitting such an easily preventable situation to develop would very strongly imply that the man is not only ineligible for the office, but unfit for it as well.
The question about the Obama birth certificate is no longer one of conspiracy theory or hypothetical questions of legitimacy, as it now threatens to become a very serious military matter. Regardless of whether Barack Obama was born at the Kapi’olani Medical Center, at the Queen’s Medical Center, in Kenya or in a manger, the issue will have to be conclusively settled in the near future.
It is one thing for Obama to deny the curiosity of the American public by hiding behind the courts. It is very much another for him to deny the right of the men and women of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines, who are sworn to risk their lives upholding the Constitution of the United States of America, to be certain their orders are legitimate.

When the Archivist provides notice to the incumbent and former Presidents of his intent to disclose Presidential records pursuant to section 1270.46 of the NARA regulations, the Archivist, using any guidelines providied by the incumbent and former Presidents, shall identify any specific materials, the disclosure of which he believes may raise a substantial question of executive privilege.”
Now for all of you who commented on our previous articles that we were no more that right-wing nut jobs, that this thing about Obama’s birth certificate was a non-issue, and those of you who tried to shift the focus of the stories, doesn’t this strike you as just a little odd?
That the first order of business Obama took care of on day one of his Presidency was to sign off on an Executive Order that states that only the records he chooses to be made public will be released?

Jonn, concerning your post #102: I have stated that although there is a problem with “the one’s” bc, I have stated that the Major needed to fulfill his obligation and that I hold him in the same regard as Watada and Agosto and the rest of them.
Now, that the previous suit was thrown out due to the officers were retired and therefore “didn’t have a dog in the fight”, I can see them using an active/reserve officer to do their bidding this time. Unfortunately, it will end with the same result as the previous one, except the Major is now out of his civilian job and he has shown poorly on the officer ranks.

Obama did not, and has spent nearly a million dollars presumably hiding it. This is not an accusation, but it sure begs the question “why”? If it is all nonsense, then expose it as such. When it comes to the Constitution, which is the basis and rule for our country, we deserve to make sure that our “employees” (including the President) fit the requirements of the job.
The reason for the Constitutional rule is actually a sound one. Example: Fiji has a Constitution copied from our own, except they do not require a natural born citizen to be President. The result is that Indian and Pakistani Immigrants have moved there, set up businesses, and become Presidents. The result is special privileges to India and Pakistan as they “rape” the islands and send the spoils to their “homeland”. In addition, there have been 4 coups in 10 years!!!! The people don’t want them but they have such political and financial pull, they keep getting into office.
I would much prefer talking about other subjects, but if this story doesn’t have legs, it can go away with the exposure of the facts, not just testimony by the Presidents loyal fans.

Hawaii Dances Around The Truth
Janice Okubo’s comment to John Klein, “In 2001 — the state of Hawaii Health Department went paperless,” is being used by the Obot community AND Hawaii to imply that Hawaii no longer has vault-copy Certificates of Birth. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Documents may be batch scanned into a microfiche system, but the data in a computer database, converted from Hawaii’s Certificate of Live Birth must be hand entered — keystroke, by keystroke. The document can’t be scanned because there is typed, stamped and hand-written entries on that document, and those entries are placed randomly within the document’s fields.
According to the 2000 Census, there were 1,211,537 residents in Hawaii — 999,308 were born there — that’s one million birth certificates that had to be handed encoded as part of Hawaii’s transition to a “paperless” system.
There’s approximately 50 entries that need to be transcribed from each document (names have several parts), so that’s 50,000,000 transcriptions. Some of the data, such as “date of birth,” needs to be converted into standard formats. If a data entry clerk were to transcribe one certificate every 15 minutes, the level of effort would be approximately 250,000 worker-hours. That’s 125 data entry operators for a year — if they have no meetings, and take no coffee, lunch, or comfort breaks. So you’re really looking at 200 key-entry operators for a year — plus a management team to oversee the project.
That’s a BIG project, with a BIG budget. It should be relatively easy to verify such a project occurred because this project would be done by outside contractors. The project lifecycle includes request for proposal, proposal, contractor selection, organization, planning, training, execution, validation, etc. This is a 3 to 5-year project — remember, we’re talking state government here.
Now, when 50,000,000 transcriptions are made, errors will be made.
When documents, such as birth certificates, are converted to electronic media, the originals MUST be archived because of those errors. There must be backup, because these documents are used as a basis of all other documents and are often required for legal processes.
The prudent person would be required to preserve the source document as backup for challenges to the database content. Government bureaucrats tend to be the most prudent people on the planet. Their primary work function is to cover their ass.
There is no way, in hell, that the directors and managers of Hawaii’s health department destroyed those original documents. Their exposure would be enormous.
So Klein’s statement, “that paper documents were discarded in 2001 when the department went paperless,” is a damnable lie. He’s saying the paper documents don’t exist, and Hawaiian civil servants are implying the same thing — unless the issue is pressed — then they admit they still have them, reluctantly.
Remember, the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands required Certificates of Birth, for services and benefits as recently as June 8, 2009. They can’t destroy documents that are a requirement for government services and benefits.
But the clincher is Fukino’s statement, that she personally saw and verified Obama’s original birth certificate on October 31, 2008.
Hawaii has the documents. They’re down there somewhere in a clean, air-conditioned building — and they’re accessible.
The Obots can lie, lie, lie and otherwise obfuscate until the cows come home, and it won’t change that fact.

Obama is rapidly turning this country into a totalitarian regime

Just this week I was talking to a high level contact who had just talked with a member of the Homeland Security Dept. They revealed to him that Obama is planning to nationalize every security force that currently guards any military structure and all 800,000 Government buildings. Currently these buildings and facilities have been guarded by private security companies…..not when Obama is through. This will immediately put thousands of security companies and hundreds of thousands of workers out of business.
Hundreds of thousands more jobs of private security companies will be gone but even more chilling, Obama will have a national police force, peppered through out the country, in every city where there are any Government buildings or military sites of any kind. The question every American, liberal, conservative, black or white should be asking is WHY does Obama plan to have a national police and security force? Why is he continuing to break into the private banking sector, business sector and now security sector?
Is Dr. Alan Keys right? He has said on and off my radio show that Obama will declare martial law after a created crises, thus ending the next cycle of elections and staying in control?
My source also with a top military service background said that Obama is marching forward to create a Totalitarianism regime. He predicted that first, Obama will establish a national police/security force then he will take our guns. My comment at this stage is……Obama may TRY TO TAKE OUR GUNS!!!

Also my same source shared with me the order that came from an Obama official last week to Amazon to delete 4 books, all on totalitarianism. You may remember Orwell’s 1984 and Animal Farm. They and two other related books were all deleted, so that even if people had already bought them they would have their books disappear. Isn’t that a form of stealing folks? It is as if you went out and bought a room full of furniture and a thug broke in and ripped your couch and love seat to shreds. Why did Obama want books talking about Totalitarianism threats deleted? Could it be he wants people to know less of what he is up to? You decide. Not surprisingly, Amazon said deleting the books was a mistake though shockingly they aren’t about to say who gave the order from Obama’s administration.
He has already started demonizing conservative patriots in the U.S. Last April we saw Homeland Security release a report that warned of many dangerous and monstrous Americans to watch carefully. Anyone that is a returning Vet, pro life, pro 2nd amendment, pro sovereignty, fearful of communistic regimes, and pro Government accountability are already in the suspected cross hairs of being a domestic terrorist. I must be the anti Christ with these new rules! Remember, when changing a culture into a totalitarian regime you must create enemies of those who would defend and fight for freedom.
Is it clear yet why Obama and his administration came out so quickly behind Manuel Zelaya who was ousted by the Honduran Supreme Court and congress? Zelaya was tied directly to massive voter fraud, trying to keep in power as Ortega did, trying to violate their very constitution, law and many other suspected violations. Another one of my regular guests with extensive Honduran roots, property and business there said there is legitimate evidence also linking Zelaya with massive drug traffic coming in through his ranch from Venezuela. The Hondurans did only what was proper and necessary for their countries laws and freedom. How is it that Obama so quickly sided with the totalitarian, Chavez clone? Could it be that Zelaya reflects Obama’s real world view….communist?
My question to anyone in the military, police or security force that is taken over by Obama, will you turn on the American people? Will you blindly obey as forces did when Hitler took over? Will you allow yourselves to be the tools to take our guns? Or, will you be REAL patriots, defending our constitution, bill of rights, freedoms and what is right? As you know, I am an attorney for Major Cook, US army major, whose orders to go to Afghanistan were revoked when he demanded to verify legitimacy of Barack Hussein Obama for the position of Commander in Chief. Military has retaliated against major Cook by applying an enormous pressure on his employer Simtech, inc, a private defense contractor, to have him fired from his $120,000 job. We have responded by filing a legal action against Simtech, Robert Gates-secretary of defense and Obama, seeking reinstatement and damages.
Originally the case was filed in GA, since Major Cook was supposed to be deployed from GA, however US District Judge in GA, Clay Land, responded by stating that he no longer had jurisdiction and recommended we refile in FL, where the plaintiff and the defendant Simtech reside.
US District Judge Richard A Lazarra from the Middle District of FL, Tampa division, refused to hear the case. We have filed a Rule 59 motion for re- hearing and a motion to recuse Judge Lazarra, as one showing bias. We attached a copy of Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate to show urgency of the matter.
Something totally unbelievable happened. Lazarra denied both motions immediately and put his actual orders, his reasoning under seal. He refuses to show to the plaintiff Major Cook and to me, as his attorney, his actual orders- those are sealed, secret. This is a total travesty of justice and a total and complete insanity, this is a behavior that can happen only in Nazi Germany or Stalinist Russia. How can I appeal his decision if he refuses to show me the orders, his reasoning. If this is allowed to continue, next they can take your houses in eminent domain and give you cents on a dollar and provide no answer, no reasoning; they can send you and your loved ones to FEMA camps behind the barbed wire and provide you no answer, no reasoning. I and many other concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing today in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief. About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people.
Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama’s request for dismissal today, instead setting a hearing date for Oct. 5, since Obama’s attorneys had just filed the motion on Friday. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that. I guess Obama would prefer a “kangaroo court” instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama’s motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).
The judge, who is a former U.S. Marine, repeated several times that this is a very serious case which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said Obama must prove his eligibility to the court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!
The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times. Obama’s attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous.
Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution!!! The truth about Barack Obama’s eligibility will be known fairly soon – Judge Carter practically guaranteed it!

A California judge today tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010, for a case that challenges Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president based on questions over his qualifications under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.
If the case actually goes to arguments before U.S. District Judge David Carter, it will be the first time the merits of the dispute have been argued in open court, according to one of the attorneys working on the issue.

Oh, goody–after months of searching, Oily Tits has found a judge as nutty as her and probably as amateurish in their reading of the law. Gawd–this is like a train wreck in slow-motion.

Hmmmm, maybe the judge just wants his 15 minutes of fame. Actually, the phrase “California judge” says it all. Is it the air, or the water, that turns everyone there nutso? Indeed, Sparky, a slow motion train wreck.
