November 7th, 2011
I’m done posting for a while until after my eye surgery tomorrow. It’s apparent that I’m not I’m not doing too well in the typng department since I can’t see the screen anymore. Yeah, my vision went downhill pretty fast over the last few weeks.
So I’ll be playing pirate with my grandson and I’ll check in when I can.

Scoobie’s mother had cataract surgery recently. The difference in her eyesight and ability to see smaller items is amazing.

It’s an easy operation, Jonn, and you will have dramatic results within 24 hours. I’ve been through it with both eyes and I was kicking myself for waiting so long to have it done.
Best wishes as always.

My grandpa had that operation back in the ’90s. If you’re as lucky as him, you’re going to get a pair of sweet sunglasses which will make you look like a cross between Roy Orbison and Cyclops from the X-Men.

Jonn,
I can’t say that I like you or agree with you on damn near anything, but I still hope you have a good outcome and a quick recovery. Don’t know if it’s related to glaucoma, but if so maybe you should puff on a hooter from time to time. Come to think of it, maybe you should no matter what the diagnosis.
