Terrorist offers assistance to Sandy victims

| November 2, 2012

CNN reports that help for the victims of hurricane Sandy has come from an unlikely benefactor. The same guy who India charges staged the Mumbai massacre;

“We offer our unconditional support and help for the victims” of the storm, Hafiz Mohammad Saeed, head of the Islamic charity Jamaat-ud-Dawa, said in a statement late Tuesday. “If U.S. government allows, we will send our doctors, relief and rescue experts, food and medicine on humanitarian grounds.”

India accuses Saeed of masterminding the 2008 terrorist assault on Mumbai that killed 166 people — an allegation he denies.

The United States, which has declared Jamaat-ud-Dawa a terrorist organization and put up a $10 million reward for information leading to Saeed’s arrest and conviction, declined the offer.

Yeah, I guess he’d have no ulterior motives for wanting to legally get some of his cohorts into the US. Nice try, though.

How could we lose this awesome opportunity. I bet there are tons of agents at the CIA that would have leapt to have provided these people with lovely military transport to an appropriate helping center. Why they would make sure to even have biometrics and medical people standing by.
I am sure Jamaat-ud-Dawa would have been impressed with they brand new fingertip liquid armor that we would demonstrate on these little identification cards to stop them from getting papercuts and so on while helping us.

And everyone likes a good Tika or a Kabob now and then. Besides some of us just hate retaining water and bloating up during a hurricane and some native middle eastern food is perfect for that colonic cleansing and weight reduction.

Anyone else see the irony in this statement: “If U.S. government allows, we will send our doctors, relief and rescue experts, food and medicine on humanitarian grounds”?

Relief and rescue experts? Exactly who the hell have they provided large-scale relief and rescue to, apart from jihadists?

I dunno, but they can all enjoy our appreciation from Foward FEMA operating station Guantanamo while they help.

That is great. I’ll everyone here at the EOC know!

@ 3 .. I like the FEMA Forward Camp idea.

  5. Ex-PH2 says:

Master Chief, are you aware of Mayor Bloomer’s plan to run the NYC Marathon?

He’s made the reference to 9/11/11, but doesn’t seem to be aware that this storm destroyed the homes outside of the area hit hardest by the destruction of the World Trade Center. I think this is extremely tacky on da mair’s part.

    I’m interested in your opinion.

Tell them to send cash–and lots of it. We’ll buy, rent, or hire what we need here.

  7. OWB says:

Standing by to feel all warm and fuzzy from this offer. Ya know, because, like, this is so special and we are, like, so grateful for these wonderful, like, enlightened peoples to offer their help to us poor, mistreated fools. ‘Cause, like, no one else could do what they, ya know, uhm, could do.

    Naw, can’t stop laughing!

Send em on over – there could be a tragic accident involving bacon, pigs and alcohol……
