Staged Palestinian news photos

| November 18, 2012 | 11 Comments

Yes, war is a terrible thing. It looks even worse when you add cheap production values to it. Like this picture of terrified Palestinians running from the impact of an Israeli rocket.

What detracts from the drama of the picture is the news crew at about one o’clock in the photo who don’t seem fazed in the least by the terror that seems to have frightened the others in the photo.

And here’s a video of a Palestinian man who seems to be injured in the rocket attack and the helpful crowd carries him to safety. Thanks to the miracle of Palestinian medicine, moments later, he calmly walks off screen.

There’s much more at our buddy, Bob Owens‘ blog (formerly Confederate Yankee).

Actually, they’re not Palestinians. I think that’s somewhere in the US Southwest and they just heard about free cheese and obamaphones. As for Pauchy Villa, the “injured” fellow, he was just overwhelmed with gratitude to the Democrats.

  2. Flagwaver says:

That is as stupid as the dead martyr they were carrying to his funeral that tipped… then got up and laid back down in the casket.

Reminds me of Blue Helmet Guy from the last time around.

@3 Yeah, and the pristine stuffed toys placed strategically on piles of rubble.

US media types distributing propoganda following an agenda? No, say it ain’t so!

    Wow I’m shocked

  7. DaveO says:

It’s good enough for Al-Jazeera and NPR.

And, if we use Code Pink math, this photo and video are evidence of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians murdered since just yesterday by neocons currently somewhere suspiciously in the center of Palestine, in a 7,000+ year-old city that has never been the capitol of any country, nation, or peoples.

  8. UpNorth says:

And, all those guys in black shirts and/or pants, and not a gram of dirt on any of them? Or, do the Palestinians have a new formula for Scotch Guard?

  9. Ex-PH2 says:

Do they get an AFTRA day rate for that performance?

  10. NHSparky says:

All they need now is Flat Fatima and Rage Boy for the complete set. Oh, almost forgot the unfired bullet as “proof” of the IDF using .50 cal on civilians.

Here’s a little news item that popped up this afternoon:

    http://worldnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2012/11/19/15282386-irans-fingerprints-on-hamas-weaponry-but-its-larger-role-in-israel-gaza-crisis-remains-murky?lite

This news story says that Teheran’s fingerprints are all over this uptick. The missiles being used come from Iran.

Lest we forget: Anderson Cooper, who giggles like a girl (because he is one) at every opportunity, is over in Gaza City watching the bombs go off. One explodes behind him.

If I hear any more whining and whimpering about the children being at risk here….
