Frankly Opinionated sends us a link to an article about James M. Johnson, 29, of Roxboro, N.C. who created several profiles on dating websites posing as a Marine. Johnson had never served in the miltary.
The online dating profiles also included pictures of a uniformed U.S. Marine, the court documents state.
In court documents, prosecutors said Johnson used the online profiles to contact at least 11 women between July 2009 and October 2010 and, after developing relationships with the women, tried to convince them to send him nude pictures or engage in sexual activity in front of a webcam.
When the women refused, Johnson would threaten them, telling one woman he would kill her and her children and threatening to blow up another’s house, the court documents state.
Because, that’s what marines do best – kill women and children and blow up houses. Johnson got a year, but he deserves more. Hopefully, Bubba knows a real veteran.
