The folks at 3rd Sustainment Command send us news that they’ve been visited by a VIP already;
A group of Soldiers, from the 3d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) based out of Fort Knox, KY, gather around the “Combat Santa” to tell him their Christmas wishes at the New Kabul Compound Dec 12, 2012. Not to knock the Guard/Reserve ESC headquarters elements, but I’m glad to see the ESC HQ is an active duty unit now

@2: As long as they’re doing their jobs and not shaming in their PTs at the MWR or Green Beans, I’m glad they are there. I’ll admit I thought the same thing 2 years ago on Xmas, but I guess I’ve softened a bit in transition.
