Brandon Michael Davis; Phony Recon Marine

| December 19, 2015

davis-medals1

The folks at Military Phony send us their work on this chap Brandon Michael Davis, who they say parades around Austin, Texas in his phony finery claiming to be a member of the Marine Recon community, but they deny knowing him. He actually was a Marine – for seven whole months;

Brandon Michael Davis FOIA

Davis did much better as a sailor when he enlisted in the Navy, though – 23 months, where he served as a ceremonial guard at Arlington;

Brandon Michael Davis DD214

Brandon Michael Davis Assignments

But there is no Bronze Star Medal, no Purple Heart, no overseas service which precludes any Combat Action Ribbon, no parachute or diver training. The Marines discharged him as a Private First Class (E-2) and the Navy discharged him as an E-3.

  1. Silentium Est Aureum says:

23 months, eh? Sure would love to see that discharge and RE code.

    • HMCS (FMF) ret. says:

Drugs? Other “issues”? Maybe someone knows Rump Ridin’ Recon and will come forward and enlighten us?

    • Hondo says:

I’m kinda wondering if maybe he left the USMC with a RE code precluding any possibility of reenlistment and he “forgot” to disclose that prior service when he enlisted in the Navy.

  2. NR Pax says:

OK, place your bets. I’m calling “I did it to honor my relatives in the service.”

  3. Green Thumb says:

And this maggot was in Arlington NC.

    Turd.

  4. OldManchu says:

Clearly anyone who went after this fellas phoniness is just a racist.

Maybe the POSPOTUS will invite home to the White House for a cheese sandwich summit.

  5. A Proud Infidel®™ says:

He MIGHT NOT be stupid, HE MAY simply be possessed by a retarded ghost!

  6. sapper3307 says:

    E-2 + E-3 = E-5
This is just a example of Bernath math.

  7. 13B/92S/02M says:

    NDSM w/ two stars ? :/

    • NECCSEABEECPO says:

Good one it’s just the ribbon and one star. I also do not think that Marines earn the Battle E. I believe they have to be ships crew not an attachment. Not sure so don’t blast me.

  8. Grimmy says:

When I was a phony recon, we had to do 200 imaginary push-ups in a made up minute to qualify for disguise medals and awards.

How to you know when you’re a schizophrenic dyslexic suffering a paranoid psychotic break? You think you’re always following someone.

  9. W2 says:

He must have spent most of his 30 months at dental. He sure does have a nice smile. Glad he got something out of his awesome military service.

    • Hondo says:

You sound just gullible enough to have let that “nice smile” disable your good judgment – as well as the rest of your brain.

  10. Reb says:

    E2 & E3 still adds up to be a LOSER….

  11. Jarhead says:

    Blackphoniesmatter

  12. Tony180a says:

    What a fucking scumbag!

  13. MrBill says:

So, why did he get married wearing rank and medals that he didn’t earn?

    • E says:

Who says he didnt earn them? The internet?

      • HMCS (FMF) ret. says:

The United States Navy and The United States Marine Corps (the services generated the documents shown above – and complied from his service records).

        Read the following aloud:

MY. HUSBAND. LIED. ABOUT. HIS. SERVICE. TO. ME.

        • Austin says:

All of this research was validated by Force Recon Association, which you would think that Brandon would belong to if he was Force Recon.

This was countless hours of phone calls to commands, force recon staff before/during/after any time frame he could have been at BRC or Force Recon. 14 companies that Brandon claimed to have a business partnership with had no knowledge of such, a Vice-Adrimal wasn’t aware he was a board member or very famous Force Recon Maj. To top it all off it has been discovered he has two other members at his wedding to be ID in photos wearing the wrong rank because “they deserved that rank within his (fake) company”. Some how one person who had enough courage to call him out has broken friendships he has had for 16+ years, grown men and woman who have proudly served their country or community. Everyone started conducting researching themselves discovery they couldn’t pinpoint anything Brandon has claimed to be factual.

  14. Virtual Insanity says:

This is not “what the internet says.”

This the result of significant research into your hubby’s false claims.

If so many people don’t like your hubby, maybe you should start wondering why….

    • Green Thumb says:

      Sucks to be you.

      Bummer.

      • Hack Stone says:

And, so it begins. Another spouse blindly believing the bullshit that her husband is spoon feeding him. In a short time, you will finally discover that this love of your life is a complete fraud. You are not the first to come here defending your husband, and unfortunately, you won’t be the last.

To save yourself sometime, ask him, and yourself, a few questions.

The wedding photo shows him as a highly decorated Marine. Far above what I have earned in my 22 years of active duty. How many of his fellow Marines attended the wedding? I am talking about Marines that have served in combat with him, not anyone that he has met in the area that he lives.

Does your husband have a military issued Common Access Card (CAC)? If he is active duty, he should have one. If he is separated from the military, does he have any documents indicating that he is receiving treatment from the VA for combat related injuries?

What about photographs? Does he have any photos from any formal classes that he attended? Photos that clearly show his face, not something taken from a distance. What about photos of him receiving his awards? A Bronze Star is usually awarded during a ceremony, usually with a photographer on hand. Does he have a certificate showing that he was awarded the Bronze Star? What about a base newspaper or hometown newspaper running a segment on the award?

Is he always short of cash? Does he borrow money from friends and family because “the military screwed up his paperwork”, and he is due to get a large settlement in back pay? Another sign of a poser.

Why don’t you read some of the threads on other posers, and see how many warning signs that those posers displayed that apply to Brandon Michael Davis? Then take whatever money you have, and move it to an account that he cannot access. Because by the time that you wake up and smell the MRE, he is going to con you and your family out of every dime that he can.

      • E says:

Correction Blessed to be ME! 😉

    • Ex-PH2 says:

Okay, wifey, get this into that dormant organ you have for a brain.

Your hubby is a lying assed bastard.

He has 30 months total of AD duty, nothing more. That comes to two and one-half years, or two years and six months of service, NOT YEARS OF IT.

The information about him verified and accurate. He is lying his ass off to you. The best thing you can do is quite swallowing his crap and get a no-fault divorce before he cleans you out… because he WILL clean you out.

He couldn’t even complete a simple two year enlistment contract. The only thing he’s good at is LYING HIS ASS OFF, and you’re swallowing whole. Stop it, get off the butthurt crap, and ditch him while you can.

      • Hack Stone says:

His enlistment was not two years. It was probably at least a four year enlistment, they just bounced him at two years. I don’t think that any branch has offered a two year enlistment since the early 1970s. The Army did offer a few 3 year enlistments in the late 1980s, but they were few and far between. I don’t think anyone else had 3 year enlistments, I know the Marine Corps did not.

        • Ex-PH2 says:

The Navy offered 2, 3, 4 and 6 year enlistments when I first went in, and I think that continued until the Carter administration. Not sure if it was Carter or later, though.

    • outfortruth says:

Force Recon Association did the research, further research and further validation of all claims made by Brandon. Former Recon Marine, 1st Force Recon, CIA recruiter, DIA operative, NSA staffer, etc (all unfounded)

FYI… Force Recon Association is in Carrolton, TX pretty easy for Brandon to have been a part of but they do back ground checks.

  15. E says:

I have seen his credentials, all of them. Ive seen pictures and met people he’s been in the military with. They were at our wedding. I’ve even met his Sargent Major. Why would I leave the man when he pays the bills? And is an awesome father. If this is up 5, 10 years or even weeks from now I’ll be sure to let you guys know how happy and blessed we are. Stay strong behind those keyboards!

    • Hack Stone says:

So, what is the name of the Sergeant Major that attended your wedding? Any photos of him and your husband at the wedding? I’ll give you about four weeks until you start having doubts, then discover the truth. Just remember, we did warn you.

    • Ex-PH2 says:

Listen up, Wifey! He had SEVEN months in the Marine Corps and they sent him packing. The ONLY medals he got were the NDSM and two firearms medals, and THAT IS IT!

I do not care what phony baloney he’s been feeding you, but you are being hosed, but good. Are you sure he’s really paying the bills? Have you seen the utility bills, which show payments received?

Get your brains reconnected and start doing some digging on your own. Stop swallowing this buffoon’s line of twaddle.

If he said some guy was his Seargent Major, did you bother to ask where they were stationed together? No? Well, you should have. You should have asked that guy, and not taken your hubby’s word for it.

There are lying cranks who take advantage of women all over the place. Snap out of it. Wait ’til he starts asking you for money. That should open your eyes.

      • Daisy Cutter says:

Yeah, even if they make a case that he was in longer than seven months how can he be in the Navy and the Marine Corps at the same time?

Meaning, it clearly shows he enlisted in the Navy just a few years later.

    • Just An Old Dog says:

Stay Strong on that steady diet of Bull-shit he is feeding you, E

    • Dave Hardin says:

I am telling you as a matter of fact, the Valor awards he has on his uniform are fake. He never earned them, period.

That shit stain you keep calling a husband can kiss my Marine Corps Ass. I want to talk to this Sergeant Major so I can straighten his ass out ass well. Any SgtMaj that would look at that uniform and give this fake a pass needs some attention.

Do a FOIA request for his records or better yet ask the dumb ass to sign a SF180 form. Get his records yourself, the man is full of shit. Plain and simple.

  16. Tony180a says:

I have a sneaking suspicion this jackass is pretending to be the poster known as E. Keep digging that hole.

    • Ex-PH2 says:

I would not be at all surprised to find that to be true.

      • Tony180a says:

Ex, you’d think these phonies would do 1 of 2 options.

        1. Come clean, admit they lied and sincerely apologize.

        2. Fade away in shame and try to let their transgressions dim from the spotlight.

Publicly challenging what has been demonstrably proven to be fact only multiplies my contempt for you.

CHI MEE KAI YEEN HALA YA VAGTI KAY BAZORG MEE SHAY?

Persian Farsi translation: Would you like to suck it now or when it becomes bigger?

      • Ex-PH2 says:

I assume by ‘you’, you did not mean ‘me’ personally, Tony.

But in regard to the face it or fade away, this is the kind of thing that just keeps on getting bigger and bigger until it blows up in right in the perp’s face. It’s the lack of remorse that and/or refusal to face reality that is the most bothersome. And where else have we seen it get worse and worse over time? Visconi was a prime example of it.

        • Tony180a says:

EX,MY bad, that you wasn’t meant for you. It was meant for BMD or E or whatever his next persona that comes on the board to defend him.

  17. IDC SARC says:

FFS somebody just fill this guy’s piehole fulla sofnolime, dump him in the water and watch him fizzzzzzzzz

  18. IDC SARC says:

…and one habanero douche for his “wife”

  19. JS says:

If this is simply an effort to discredit him why don’t you just put an end to it by posting his credentials instead of trying to point a finger to a bitter ex wife. Wonder how much light the ex wife could shed on this.

    • Justice says:

Thats her problem her name is maggie and she is a bitter ex wife creating lies and using slander…inconsistencies…incomplete records dont tell the full story….and you as an ex wife are not spending 10 plus years as an ex wife trying to out his military status…you are doing this for a personal vindictive reason..and the way you attack his character as a father is absurd..on military phony u talk of him raping you at 13???…but on this sight you say …you realized he was a psychopath at 19??? Hmmm..sooo he rapes you..then what…yall decide to date turn it into a relationship..get married have your son???..then say…holly crap!!$!.he raped me 6 years ago i must leave hes carzy lmao…you are certified nutjob maggie…iknow brandon and i know his son…he is a remarkable young man extremely smart a riteous young dude..and his whole life he has been raised by his father…you dont build character like his having a parttime mother..who i hear owes tons of child support..the proof is in the putting..if your son felt any danger or stress of a bad home it would show on him his face his attitude his GRADES…all A’s ..how can he be so positive with a so called scumbag father…the only thing stressing that poor boy is his deceitful mama…but i hear the kid enjoys his new mama even said so at the wedding..lol stay bitter my friends lmao

      • Marine_7002 says:

        Incomplete records, huh?

Take a look at the records at the top of this page. They look pretty complete to me and the rest of the service members and veterans who regularly dealt with service members’ records.

Tell us, “Justice”, what’s your experience with military personnel records? What is incomplete about them? Where are the rest of the records you imply would “complete” this fuck stain’s military history?

C’mon, out with it all. Jonn, the owner of this blog, has an email address you can send the records to.

        Or just shut up.

      • ChipNASA says:

        That’s gonna leave a mark……

        You Dun F*ucked Brandon Up!!

  20. ChipNASA says:

I love ZOMBIE Threads. That’s TWO today.

  21. Captain TapOut says:

    Update:
Brandon and his 2 supporters have been told by his attorney West Short http://www.westshortlawfirm.com/profiles/ to tell reporters, neighbors, randoms and ex-friends that he will show proof of his ribbons and ALL honors only to the judge. What judge? When? Where? Why?

There’s no hearing set nor anything filed by any agency or law enforcement.. yet.. Fact of the matter Brandon has a xerox copy of his phony awards alleged to have received which we will assume is the proof they allege to have. lol.. High ranking vets he’s shown this xerox copy to are on email record stating to being shown these fake xerox documents during failed business contract negotiations. Theyre anxious and ready to confirm encounter when asked.

Conveniently his wife Esmerelda Canales works for the law office that “represents” him. Visit staff- Office Mgr.. http://www.westshortlawfirm.com/profiles/ BMD and wife have refused multiple opportunities in providing proof or clarification of phony matter.

The only 2 suits on file for Brandon in Wilco, TX was a failed application for A Protective Order against his ex wife and her husband. The Certified transcript of that hearing 11/24/15 details Brandon’s continued harassment of his ex and spouse. The transcript details Brandon’s testimony he was in Marines 1996-2006. Also states all his injuries while enlisted. Brandon’s testimony has he and his lawyer refusing and objecting to answer multiple questions if he ever was in combat and if ever deployed. The transcript details BMD cross examination exposing every grievance as unfounded, lies, and more exaggeration to his phony Certified Peace Officer claims and wannabe Law Enforcement credentials.

The 2nd suit is another civil matter oddly detailed in almost exact wording of grievances for the failed Protective Order. Speaking directly with the ex-wife’s family attorney, the unscheduled suit was filed merely as intimidation with an additional $100k rewarded in punitive damages. The family is not swayed by the frivolous filing.

The family will in fact use this gracious misstep of the civil suit to counter which is ironically in same court 2 as judge who shot down Protective Order. This will allow the platform The Military and Veteran Community needs to properly alert Austin community.

  22. Fred Jenkins says:

Brandon Michael Davis and Esmeralda Canales, I want to address the both of you. First, Brandon Michael Davis, you are a complete fraud, and Esmeralda Canales, one day you will wake up and realize you are married to a lie and when you do it’s gonna be too late cause you will be dealing with all the lies and fake lives he created.

  23. IDC SARC says:

I’ll bet his phony certificates are a lot nicer than my real ones.

  24. mark says:

Please post updates on BMD whoever is tracking this. I read some bullcrap that wearing medals and uniforms was considered “Free Speech” but they can still get you if you profited in anyway. Anyway if he has a lawyer then there is hopefully some pending charges and I would love to be in that courtroom.

  25. Leo Devlin says:

Esmeralda aka “E”, give it up, we all know it’s you Brandon Michael Davis trying to pose as your wife on here. First you pose as a fraudulent veteran, now you want to post as a woman??? Damn dude, you must love wearing panties to pose as a woman just as much as you love posing as a fake veteran. Yeah you really are confused. Fake fake fake!!!!!!!!

  26. Marine_7002 says:

Brandon and Esmerelda need to call Forgin’ Frank Visconi ASAP. heh

    • Green Thumb says:

Old Forgin’ Frank might not have to play the Powerball considering the potential amount of clients such as these clowns he could offer his services too.

Corner the market, if you will.

As for her working for that particular law firm; I imagine her career will be short-lived.

While some attorneys will help dirtbags like this, they like to get paid in full as well as avoid ALOT of negative attention. It hurts the prospect of future clients (unless posers are this clown’s game). And these morons are doing precisely that.

      Losers.

  27. Real Marine Vet says:

Brandon Michael Davis give it up, you’ve been outed as a fraud and looking at the stuff on you, you are definitely a fraud. Sorry bruh!!!!

  28. MrJII says:

Please direct some local Austin military vets and personnel to Jayetherjr@icoud.com who you know have been following this locally in Austin, TX or surrounding areas.

Families directly affected by BMD are desperately in need of competant & aggressive attorney representation immediately. All referrals appreciated and retired vet referral would be a plus!

  29. IDC SARC says:

    Fukk yo couch, Davis!

  30. Jameis Ether says:

Deposition of Brandon to be held in May 2016 for the civil suit he filed in 11/2015. Finally some traction. Email Jayetherjr@iCloud.com for more sensitive updates.

  31. Johnny Houston says:

Check out the Facebook page dedicated to the phony. Type in the Facebook search: BMD aka Marine Phony. Let all your friends and other vets know!!!!
