Adam Huffer; phony SEAL

| May 11, 2016

Adam Huffer 1

The folks at Military Phony sent us their work on this Adam Westlee Huffer fellow. He claims to be a Navy SEAL with 4 deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, three Purple Heart Medals (he turned down one Purple Heart because he thought someone else deserved it instead – what a guy) and a Navy Cross;

Adam Huffer claims1

Adam Huffer claims2

Adam Huffer claims3

He claims that he’s in BUD/S class 3419 – so he’ll be graduating soon in the year 2525. But the folks at Naval Special Warfare haven’t heard of him, yet;

Huffer not a SEAL

Huffer not a SEAL 2

The Navy says that he’s a Reservist and the only active duty he has is for initial training. He is a SEABEE and an E-3 BUCN – Builder/Constructionman.

Adam Huffer DD214

Adam Huffer

I’d think that being a SEABEE is a big deal in and of itself, but not for Mr Huffer, I guess.

ADDED: All of you guys calling and leaving messages that his ex-wife set him up; that’s Poser 101, you’ll need a better excuse.

Zager and Evans. Crank up the stereo. Here it comes.

  2. 2/17 Air Cav says:

Is it that his cover is crooked and his head is straight or that his cover is straight and his head is crooked? And his name is really Huffer? Talk about serving it up. Cripes.

    • Ex-PH2 says:

It’s both, Air Cav. Slap him good.

    • Daisy Cutter says:

huf*fer (noun) – One who breathes in the rarefied air of the Huffinton Post.

      (from: The Urban Dictionary)

Used in a sentence: Adam Huffer is a-damn huffer, and a Peter Puffer.

      • David says:

usedtabe a huffer was someone who got high on fumes from aerosols, glues, gas, etc. It fits! Look at the eyes in the first shot…”Whaaa…?

  3. A Proud Infidel®™ says:

He’s what, a Seaman in that pic? I wonder if he’ll “lawer up”? I’d love to see The Hair®™ get ahold of him!

    • CE2(SCW) says:

A constructionman, same rank (E-3) as a seaman but different rating. BUCN to be exact.

    • Mick says:

Now that you mention it, has anyone sent this latest little nugget of joy over to Senior Chief Shipley?

      • sbalm says:

This seems to be a different type of Navy SEAL phony situation than Don Shipley is used to dealing with.

What is interesting is this kid has the POTENTIAL to join the Navy SEALS so a confrontation in the way of pointed questions about that could be fascinating. To see if there is something that is stopping Huffer from going active duty and attempting BUD/S.

Don’t know if anyone has contacted Shipley, but they should and see if he’d do a phone intervention. What is missing here is hearing from Huffer and getting a reaction out of him. He seems to be just blocking everybody on Facebook right now. Guess that’s his strategy.

      • KFD says:

        Hence, “The Hair”…

  4. PFM says:

You learn something new every day – never knew they rationed out PH…

  7. ex-OS2 says:

    Cocksucker.

  8. Dave Hardin says:

Is he saying that if we give him enough money he will donate a kidney to some kid?

Some kid thinks he is getting a kidney from a war hero?

You have got to be shitting me.

    • Sparks says:

The kidney is what he’s saving his 4th Purple heart for.

    • NECCSEABEECPO says:

Dave, I posted his ass on the Seabee sites and he is having a real bad day. He is a big POS and got booted from the reserves

  9. IDC SARC says:

Any of our AD shipmates know if Adam Huffer, the peter puffer” is still in the Navy Reserve? I’m sure that the REAL DEAL, TRIED, TRUE and INITIATED CPO’s in his unit would love a chew toy to play with!

Adam Huffer – Phony SEAL, real deal peter puffer! You’re GOOGLE famous BYTCH!!!

    • NECCSEABEECPO says:

I’m all over this shit bag and going to the mess. Fuck bags like this sit bag piss ne off because we have given ours done range and a shut bag like this doesn’t have a clue.

      • HMCS(FMF) ret. says:

Thanks… I know that the NESS will take care of Adam Huffer, the peter puffer fluffer, real soon!

        • NECCSEABEECPO says:

Found out he was a shit bag and his unit got mobed and he didn’t even show for that and got booted

      • CB Senior says:

Let me now how you make out. I will be more than happy to reach out my loving arms and choke the living shit out of this d-bag.

  11. Silentium Est Aureum says:

The CMC at his reserve unit would probably get a kick out of this.

Right after he kicks this kid’s ass.

  12. MrFace says:

Hes legit. He has a NDSM.

  13. radar says:

SeaBees do some amazing things. Watching them work in Iraq was impressive. What kind of an asshole can’t take pride in being one and makes up bullshit instead? I’m sorry for the rest of the SeaBees, especially the ones I befriended over the years, that this assclown is associated with them.

    • CE2(SCW) says:

We hang our heads in shame at this disgrace but we have a long history of dealing with our problems with righteous conex box counseling sessions. Huffer, the hammer is coming down.

      • Ex-PH2 says:

Oh, please CE2, do a video! Please, for the love of Mike! We need some fresh air in our lungs! Please show us a vid!!

Please, please, on my knees please!

        • CE2(SCW) says:

“Praise in public, punish in private” is the way I remember learning Rocks and Shoals at the knee of my grandfather, a 30 year navy chief boatswains mate.

          Besides, recordings are admissible. 🙂

          • NECCSEABEECPO says:

CE2, make this shit head fames in your community because I’m going to the Bees Mess on this fucker. He doesn’t even have a clue on what it is to be a real Seabee.

      • AW1 Tim says:

Yup. Some wall-to-wall counseling seems to be in order for this young fellow.

  14. Instinct says:

Saddest part is that he has a son who one day will look up his dad on the internet and find out that his pop is a lying sack of shit.

Dad will never be able to repair that. I feel sorry for the kid.

  15. Mark Lauer says:

He is also claiming that he wants to donate a kidney to a little boy, and that this is going to cause him to “have to leave the SEALs” and get discharged from the Navy and it’s “breaking his heart”, etc.
And yet, there’s no further information about this “little boy”, and no reason that he would have to leave the Navy.
My feeling is that he’s looking for money, and a way out of his military obligation, along with a nice medical pension.

  16. Green Thumb says:

    Turd.

I can see the maggot working in the maintenance department at All-Points Logistics.

  17. sbalm says:

I can see if the Purple Heart were a valor award and you felt someone deserved it more than you. However, if someone received wounds comparable to yours you both should rate an award unless there were different circumstances.

Keep in mind, we are talking about fictional combat here in the case of Huffer the Puffer. So, he turned down an imaginary Purple Heart because he felt it should have went to his imaginary comrade that suffered more fictitious wounds than he did.

In some deep, role-playing, day dreaming aspect of my mind I find this utterly noble.

I wish that Call of Duty had a way to transfer credits over to a friend on the battlefield. It sounds like a similar concept so Huffer may be on to something.

  18. NR Pax says:

    grr.

I was a 1345 in the Marine Corps, which is a fancy way of saying I was trained in construction equipment. I have a lot of respect for Seabees. Every one that I’d met was a good person and damn good at their job.

  19. Fjardeson says:

Just read about Seaman Lawrence who passed away during BUD/S; that makes me REALLY want to do some wall-to-wall on this guy. Especially as he’s dissing the SEEBEES who are some bad asses! Why embellish that!

    • NECCSEABEECPO says:

Because he is a POS and didn’t even show up to MOB out with his unit and got booted.

Those of Bess that served honorably thank you for the shout out..

  20. Fjardeson says:

Seaman Lovelace, not Lawrence. Sticky relays in the old gulliver. 🙂

  21. NECCSEABEECPO says:

I just made this shit head famous on Seabee face book pages..

    • ex-OS2 says:

      BZ!

By the way, thank you for your service.

    • Skippy says:

      We’re is the link

      • NECCSEABEECPO says:

I posted on Seabee page its colsed but all Seabees can see it,

        • Skippy says:

He’s about to have a really rough day and a week…
          Why say more Lol… ???????????

          • NECCSEABEECPO says:

From what I know now he is having a real bad day and yes his week will be long. We are a small hard working and tight brother hood and if you shit on us we will shit on you. I posted so the young Bess would not think about doing what this shit bag did.

            • Skippy says:

              I found his emoji
              ???????
              ???????
              Hope he likes Chief

            • B Woodman says:

There’s more of you (SeaBees) then their are of him. Let the shitting begin!

              • NECCSEABEECPO says:

He’s geting his ass handed to him right now and we just found out his mom was in the Navy and let her know what he did.

He is having the worst day of his life today.

    • Mick says:

      Ooragh.

      Thanks, Chief!

  22. 68W58 says:

He claims that he’s in BUD/S class 3419 – so he’ll be graduating soon in the year 2525.

    In the year 2525,
    Fakery will still be alive
    Posers will certainly survive
    And they’ll lie

(Seriously, no one made this obvious joke yet?)

    • Skippy says:

It’s sad but true. Thanks the this a other pages I need proof now before I see a doctor or anyone else for that matter…. Imagine how many fake pilots, (we all know one Lol) doctors, lawyers, engineers, and so on out here scary shot if you ask me ?????

    • AskaMarine says:

Claw made the 1st Comment on this thread about “In the Year 2525”.

I recognized the Recording Artists and understood what he was saying.

Guess we are showing our ages. ?

      • 20thEB67 says:

Yep. Greybeards like us got it off the bat.

So, you wanted to be cool and famous, huh, Adam Huffer; phony SEAL?
Well now you are, and FOREVER, shitheels.

Fuck you, Adam Huffer; phony SEAL

  23. CE2(SCW) says:

So, he’s denying everything to his friends claiming his ‘ex wife is doing it’.

    Same old song.

If you read this Adam, come clean, admit your lies and move along. It’s not worth the scorn of your brother ‘bees, let alone the rest of the military community.

    • Mick says:

Ah, yes. Here we go AGAIN.

Yet another shining example of classic poser methodology plucked directly from the well-worn pages of the official TAH Stolen Valor 101 Handbook.

    • NECCSEABEECPO says:

Thanks brother, the page is getting all kinds of traffic. You know Seabees and he is making us look bad, so he needs a wake up call.

  24. NECCSEABEECPO says:

    BRAKE…BRAKE…BRAKE.
he just posted a BS apology to his FB page..

  25. jonp says:

This has no doubt been covered more than once but can you “turn down” a purple heart or any other medal for that matter if it has been awarded?

    • Skippy says:

      Dunno that’s a good question
I’ve heard of a few that have claimed to have done it
When I was out processing the army one showed up on my 214 with a afghan ribbon, witch no issue with ribbon but I spent more time in Iraq then the other, and I refused To sign it after a half hour of arguing it was fixed.
Then a few months later someone from a congressmans office called about it and my old unit for a ceremony for a few of us. And all I could tell them was not me leave me alone and go to hell. It worked for me and I know of one SFC in my old CAV unit that turned one down, now as far as his 214 I don’t know he did turn down a ARCOM /V but accepted a BS with no V

      • Skippy says:

I ended up with a ICM and a GWOT/E and I’m happy with this too sent them with my 214 to a group that runs a data base. And a copy at the court house here in Arizona and Nevada
The later was awarded because I had one trip in Afghanistan four to Kuwait and three to Iraq since 2007-09 before April 2009 trip to da sand box. with two other units all be it short stays and I still think Kuwait SUCKS !!!!!!
        ?????

    • frank says:

Correct me, but i believe you may refuse it but the award and orders still stand. Anyone??

  26. Bill M says:

    He’s a steaming pile.

    • Skippy says:

      ?????
      LMAO !!!!!!!

    • Green Thumb says:

A steaming pile of Phil Monkress.

Make sure that you give credit where it is due.

The False Commander “Phony” Phil Monkress (CEO of All-Points Logistics) worked hard to earn that moniker.

He deserves every ounce of our attention and associated references with what he has accomplished and how he went about doing it through dishonest and nefarious means.

  27. Jonn Lilyea says:

ADDED: All of you guys calling and leaving messages that his ex-wife set him up; that’s Poser 101, you’ll need a better excuse.

    • Skippy says:

      Thank you Jonn ^^^^^
I’m stunned he didn’t use the secret ??????
Something tells me he knows better then that but then again he pulled this so…

    • NECCSEABEECPO says:

Jonn, sorry I didn’t think there would be suppoters. I just wanted to light his ass up in our community becuase he maks our community look like shit. He is getting a lot of shit for it and should.

My question is if he is trying to fixbit has he called you?

      • NECCSEABEECPO says:

I have a question, why does he not have the Trident on He talks about and Surface warfare devcie on. A Seabee would never talk like that and say he had a SW pen over a SCW device. People I am in contact with are questing some things. I hope I did not pull the trigger to quick on this one.

        • Skippy says:

talk to admin offline both sites

        • Skippy says:

          I’m with you seems odd

          • NECCSEABEECPO says:

Thanks I just hope I didn’t screw him for nothing. I don’t like it when one of my own does this shit and we will and are hammering bad.If he did good to go then he gets hammered, but if no one talked to him and just took screen shots of massages not knowing who was on the other side well that would not be good. I believe they got it right but their are some folks that are questioning it and they are Chiefs also.

            • TheCloser says:

SeaBee Chief- Having read the entire string of messages, there is no way that was some set-up by an ex-wife, even if “she’s” a dude and a SeaBee. It is somewhat out of context, as the identity of who he was trying to impress is obscured. I would have bought that he was just trying to get into some girl’s pants, but that is not the excuse offered.

              • NECCSEABEECPO says:

Good to go I got the info I needed and he is a lying POS and I will stand fast on blasting him. We can’t pull it back now he fucked up and he will pay the price. We are small community and will nail his ass. Thank you…

              • NECCSEABEECPO says:

A Seabee does not call a Hall way a P-WAY. The DD 214 is not correct he was discharged from reserves in 2015. The reason it is the way it is up there is he had just finished A-SCHOOL and transferring to Reserves. I just want to know I was ok to post it to our community. Did they call him or just do it over the key board. There is a lot of flake don’t get me wrong he is getting his ass handed to him. There is a lot of Navy speak up there not Seabee speak we don’t talk like that.

                • Dave Hardin says:

I am sure if you contacted admin@militaryphony.com they would be glad to answer any questions you might have.

                  Semper Fi

                  • NECCSEABEECPO says:

good to go just want to be right. He getting it bad from all of us and you know how it is some people just don’t want to believe.

                    S/F from a Can Do real one…

                • Daisy Cutter says:

The DD-214 is correct. It only reflect active duty time. One does not get a DD-214 upon termination/retirement from the Reserves. His rank of E-3 was current when the DD-214 was printed up. There are photos of him with an E-4 third class crow on his uniform, but that is the highest that I see. Certainly impossible to make E-6 from being an E-3 in 2013, no matter if he was in the Reserves or regular Navy. That is BS.

You’re on the right track. He misrepresented his service, especially the SEAL claim, Navy Cross and Purple Hearts – that’s stolen valor if he used that for gain.

            • Skippy says:

I hope the talk helped Chief and I have even more respect for SEABEEs
You guys are tight and crazy as hell I can’t forget, and some hard charging folks

  28. HMC Ret says:

He claims in one FB post that his friends are graduating college after four years while he has been in the Navy for those four years.

He also LOVES to take selfies while flexing. In one shot, it appears he is pole dancing. That would explain a lot.

Drop the BS son while you still have a future. Come clean and maybe, just maybe, the google posts slamming you will drop out of sight over the years. It’s worth a shot. Otherwise, you truly are doomed.

    I DON’T consider you a shipmate.

    • BU1 (SCW/FMF/EXW) says:

In the comments of that post he claims to be a first class. I taught BU A school when this POS joined, and I don’t even remember him. I’ll do some research and get back on here.

    • Green Thumb says:

Maybe he should be hanging out with “His Gayness, The Jayness” Gay Jay Kerwin.

  29. HMC Ret says:

After consideration, I call legit. Why? He has a NDSM and tats. Oh, and the stare. Gotta be legit.

  30. sbalm says:

Hey brother (neccseabeecpo), can you send me an invite to the SEABEE fb page? I earned my bug with 30ncr in Kandahar, 2009.

    Thanks,
    Stephen Harano

    • NECCSEABEECPO says:

Ya, Good job on the Bug it ain’t essay. Who was the CO back then. Gregory was CO in Iraq then and I don’t know who had the 30th. I was in NMCB 4 for Iraq invasion and Fallujah 2004-05 and 30th was in charge there it seams like they have always been doing that shit.

  32. OldManchu says:

His Commander: We present to you, Adam “Leg Hump” Huffer, your 4th purple heart.

Adam: Awww shucks sir, I want to give it to that kid over there…. he never gets shot.

Man this goon has some creepy pics of him and his little boy on his FB page.

  33. 2/17 Air Cav says:

  34. beandogger says:

Whoops, than darn Navy Cross will get you every time. There are people who keep track of that award so watch out posers.

  35. mr. sharkman says:

    WTFO?

The SeaBees have one of the proudest and most storied histories of any unit in the USN, ever.

I can’t recall the Admiral, but he remarked that they were one of his ‘secret weapons’ that helped to win the war.

If the japs had a chance to take out an entire UDT or an entire Construction Battalion during WW2, they’d have gone for the SeaBees every time. Every task they performed had a major, lasting strategic impact.

Not exactly the most mellow nor peaceful bunch of Sailors, either.

The dumbass will be lucky if his CMC gets to him first. His own former peers will tear him a new asshole.

Strangely enough, I’m certain nobody will hear nor see anything. 🙂

  36. sbalm says:

The accusation that Huffer makes about his ex-wife posting the Navy SEAL claims doesn’t pass the smell test.

The more likely scenario is this from looking at his timeline:

    * A while back he claims he works at a concrete business + the US Navy

    * He often posts about sleeping in, feeling lazy, depressed, etc. Unless these were weekend posts he may not be working or may not be working full time.

    * If what others say is true, he was booted from the Naval Reserve and lost income from that

    * He seems to place high value on spending time with his son, but I wonder if the loss of income affects that in any way. i.e. must maintain a certain income to retain custody or visitation

    * If he lost his Naval Reserve drilling status and loss of income, it is plausible that he must figure out a way to tell people (i.e. the judge?) that he lost it out of a noble effort to donate a kidney and save a little boy’s life vs. he screwed up

It sounds to me that he was in the beginning of cooking up a story about the kidney donation and the little boy and who knows, maybe it is true? Donating a kidney may be the lesser of two evils and provides him with a cover story about how he had to leave the Reserves vs. admitting that he was booted (if that is true).

Time will tell but I’m confident this will all slowly leak out.

    • NECCSEABEECPO says:

      Thank you and good points

      • sbalm says:

Also, why doesn’t Huffer simply call the police and let them get to the bottom of it?

The answer is simple – because everything will lead back to his doorstep and he will be in even more trouble for giving false statements to Law Enforcement and leading them on a wild goose chase.

Someone should challenge him to put his money where his mouth is and call the police instead of trying to straighten it out himself. Bet he wimps out or comes up with some excuse that makes himself look noble.

He’s lying – pure and simple. He’s also not doing himself any good by trying to find a way out. Saying it was the ex-wife was, in his view, his last desperate option available to him.

  37. Keepin' It Real says:

Huffer’s posted complaint in a SeaBee group that his ex-wife did it. Huffer continues to see himself as the victim in all of this.

    https://militaryphonies.files.wordpress.com/2016/05/huffer-the-ex-wife-did-it.jpg

  38. Dave says:

    Seaman Huffer…enough said!

  39. Instinct says:

Seems all his Facebook stuff is gone.

    What a shock.

I hope he does come clean for the sake of his son. Would really suck for the kid to grow up thinking his dad is one thing only to find out from Google that it was all a big freaking lie.

  40. PTBH says:

Adam Huffer – Independent efforts not associated with the ‘This Ain’t Hell’ blog to reach your ex-wife (i.e. TFH) have been met with success. She is being provided with your post where you accuse her of getting into your Facebook account and posting about you being a Navy SEAL, being awarded a Navy Cross and three Purple Hearts, not to mention the kidney donation. We believe that you publicly posting this represents a libelous statement by you and can be used as concrete evidence in a defamation lawsuit by your ex-wife should she choose to pursue it.

At this point, you have two options that would help your situation:

    1) first option is to double-down on your claim that she hacked into your account, call the police and get out in front of this since it will establish that you feel you were violated. The downside to this is if all arrows point back to you then you can be charged with filing a false police report and be responsible financially for any and all time spent on the investigation. When you file a report, let us know what precinct you file with so that we can obtain the official police report.
