Gary Erdman; phony Marine sniper

| August 22, 2016

Gary Erdman

The folks at Military Phonies send us their work on this fellow Gary Erdman. Apparently, he did have four years in Marine Corps, but that wasn’t good enough for him. Here’s what he claims to have earned in his claimed ten years of service;

1

Gary Erdman (6)

From a really sad copy of his DD214 that the NPRC sent, through all of the smudges, we can sort out what does and doesn’t track;

Gary Erdman DD214

Gary Erdman (8)

Gary Erdman (7)

He spent four years on active duty, he was an ammunition storage specialist, not a sniper, not Recon, unless he reconned the snackbar for his fellow POGs.

Gary Erdman (4)

He may be home from a lot of places, but Iraq isn’t one of those places. No scuba training, no airborne training, no combat action ribbon. No valor medals.

Everyone wants to wear jump wings – no one wants to eat sawdust at Fort Benning.

    • Hondo says:

Or deal with the Chattahoochie Valley’s summer heat.

Or face the possibility of a jump that ends with a “splat” instead of a PLF.

    • Andy11M says:

“eat sawdust at Fort Benning” is that what they called picking up one of the old women at the NCO club next to Jump School back in your day Jonn?

  2. ChipNASA says:

Well Good Old Gary Erdmann’s got one thing going for him…
He’s made it to a second comments page quicker than Colt Bulot; another Special Forces phony.
(Who is also a pussy for letting a woman try to stick up for his limp dick actions.)

/so he’s got that going for him, which is nice.
//unless we’re all wrong, in which case we’ll apologize.

    ///which hardly ever happens.

  3. ex-OS2 says:

Yep, you are still a cocksucker Gary. Perhaps you should have been proud of your actual service.

  4. lily says:

Gary you shouldn’t have tried to take credit for something you never did. All those who actually went through Recon training have a right to be upset with your phony Recon claims.

    • lily says:

Hey looks like Gary got the video removed.

Here’s the video he didn’t want you to see. It just proves Gary is guilty of stolen valor and can’t handle the truth.

      • IDC SARC says:

Good training. Some of the In Water Proficiencies (IWPs)eliminate guys from training in ARS/BRC as well as Combatant Dive School. Those are some of the things that first come to mind when I think about the Women that are going to try to survive the pipeline. There are of course others gut checks but IME the pool is where we lose that largest numbers.

You really have to want it.

      • ChipNASA says:

Lily it’s most likely an automated function of YouTube. They survey and delete copyrighted material and this was from Discovery Channel so.

I’d think that Gary doesn’t even have the power to pull his own pud.
(Or even find the miniscule thing as it were.)

    Hey this makes 366th comment

    BHWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA !!!!!!!

  6. nbcguy54ACTUAL says:

    • Skippy (my dependa does not speak for me) says:

  7. IDC SARC says:

Gary, Gary, Gary…you disappoint me, Marine.

I gave you an easy chance for verification. Obviously, and not surprisingly that was a waste of time.

I nonetheless donated $100 to the Marine Reconnaissance Foundation, because I just felt that since I mentioned I would, they should get that money.

Gary, as a Marine, why don’t you do the right thing and go to the MRF and match my donation. Make a gesture of contrition for a good cause.

    • ex-OS2 says:

That was very honorable IDC SARC, BZ!

    • HMCS(FMF) ret. says:

IDC… I get the feeling that GARY ERDMAN is going to be a little tight for cash soon, based on the fact that he probably lied to his employer and may be charged with New Jersey’s Stolen Valor law.

Plus, he’s just another SV skidmark… took a shit all over his perfectly good service as a Marine.

    • Ex-PH2 says:

The honorable thing for GARY ERDMAN to do is to fess up to his entire family, especially MORGAN, that he’s a lying sack of cat puke and hairballs and return the awards he didn’t earn to the people who did earn them.

And eat crow for about 6 years.

  8. butler says:

I hate it when they’re not even good lies.

Combat Action Ribbon, 11th award (the two silver stars each indicate five awards) — really?
Navy Unit Commendation, 5th award — really?
Meritorious Unit Commendation, 8th award — really?

    • Skippy says:

      ??????

    • Todd O'Brien says:

      “Combat Action Ribbon, 11th award”

Yes, I noticed that, too. Most I’ve seen on folks (as of recently on our Bn SgtMaj) is a CAR with two gold stars. A silver star on a CAR? No way. TWO silver stars? Well, Gary, in for a penny, in for a pound, I suppose.

  9. CWORet says:

Wonder how his week is going. He was a Lance Criminal, so I bet he’s been sliding and dancing. Awaiting the verdict. Out of popcorn…

  10. Red Robot says:

He actually was a Marine and *still* spelled Corps as “Corp?”

  11. 42A Combat Clerk says:

Dudes face is weird as shit.
