Rest in Peace, Officer. Thank you for your courageous service.

There was an officer killed in Mobile, Alabama overnight. I think it involved a domestic. Cops I know tell me a domestic is about the most dangerous call they can get, b/c often EVERYONE there is after your ass.

EVERY LEO I’ve ever known said that DV are their least favorite calls. No matter what the situation, they’re damned if they do and damned if they don’t.

      • RM3(SS) says:

More than once I had to fight both the husband, and then after arresting him fight the wife when she saw me taking him away. Domestics and “unknown trouble, 911 hang ups” are the worst.

        • Mason says:

I was on a domestic call once, my two partners start fighting with the suspect, then his two kids want to get into the fight. So I’m fighting the kids while they’re in the kitchen as the suspect is trying to disarm my partner.

Whole family got a trip to jail that night. 🙂 One went to the hospital first.

It is true, the old man can beat the shyt out of the wife but when you step in, she will beat the shyt out of you! Only thing worst, is if you are a constable and try to take a man’s car or dog! lo

    Tragedy. Rest easy Corporal.

  3. AW1Ed says:

What a tragic event. No surprise it occurred in PG County, an odd mix of gated DC bedroom communities and rent controlled slums.

Fair winds and following seas, Marine.

  4. Ex-PH2 says:

Too young, again. Rest in Peace, CPL Ramzziddin.

  7. The Other Whitey says:

A premature and undeserved end for a good man. At least his murderer got what was coming to him.

Badges will be shrouded, flags to half-mast.

  8. Jay says:

US Marine, Air National Guard, and Policeman….this man was all about service. God grant his family peace at this time…

High-five to the Officers that put down the rabid animal that killed Officer Ramzziddin.

  14. borderbill (a NIMBY/BANANA) says:

This saddens. Thank you, Marine. Semper Fidelis.

  15. 2/17 Air Cav says:

Sucks. He wasn’t on a call or, with his experience, he would have waited for backup. Domestics and traffic stops. And people wonder why LEOs aren’t all ice cream and cupcakes. this officer had four children.

  16. Thunderstixx says:

RIP to a good man and a great American. A Marine and a LEO with years of service to America.
I hope the puke got to meet Satan himself with a fucking pole up his ass thirty feet long…
And thank you to the men that rid our country of a useless POS… In every sense of the word…

  17. OWB says:

RIP, Officer. Peace to your family. Such a shame.
