Jane Fonda is mad at history

| July 16, 2011

See that picture above? It never happened according to Jane Fonda. See, she was cancelled from a spot on QVC to engage in the capitalist process of hawking her latest book and QVC viewers threatened to stay away en masse so QVC cancelled her appearance according to an E! Online article sent us by ROS. Fonda proceeded to complain on her blog about the cancellation;

The network said they got a lot of calls yesterday criticizing me for my opposition to the Vietnam War and threatening to boycott the show if I was allowed to appear. I am, to say the least, deeply disappointed that QVC caved to this kind of insane pressure by some well funded and organized political extremist groups. And that they did it without talking to me first,” Fonda wrote on her blog. “I have never shied away from talking about this as I have nothing to hide. I could have pointed out that threats of boycotts are nothing new for me and have never prevented me from having best selling books and exercise DVDs, films, and a Broadway play.

Fonda continued;

Bottom line, this has gone on far too long, this spreading of lies about me! None of it is true. NONE OF IT! I love my country. I have never done anything to hurt my country or the men and women who have fought and continue to fight for us. do not understand what the far right stands to gain by continuing with these myths. In this case, they denied a lot of people the chance to hear about a book that can help make life better, easier and more fulfilling

Yes, we’re spreading lies – like the picture above. And she’s never done anything to hurt the country or the men and women who fight for the country. Well, unless you include things like supporting John Kerry’s Vietnam Veterans Against the War and his Winter Soldier hearings. Or making the anti-war film “FTA”.

According to IMBD, the 1972 “documentary” FTA was;

A documentary about a political troupe headed by actors Jane Fonda and Donald Sutherland which traveled to towns near military bases in the US in the early 1970s. The group put on shows called “F.T.A.”, which stood for “F**k the Army”, and was aimed at convincing soldiers to voice their opposition to the Vietnam War, which was raging at the time. Various singers, actors and other entertainers performed antiwar songs and skits during the show.

Just by being an impudent cunt, Fonda gave aid and comfort to the North Vietnamese and lengthened the war, causing more deaths. What’s most disappointing is the comments at her blog;

That is such a shame. I, for one was very much looking forward to seeing your appearance, and am STILL very much looking forward to reading your book.

Perhaps the right is jealous – of your beauty, energy and happiness. Lets face it, its much easier for the government to control the masses when their free thinking is impaired by fear and lethargy.

March on as you have always done! The Universe will still deliver your message

That’s a shame. You’d think that after forty some years people would forget about your stance on a war, especially after all the great work you’ve done in the fields of health, women’s rights, etc. since then. We support you, Jane!

I am shocked that this could go on still. You remain an inspiration to many people. I came from Pittsburgh to NY to see you in both the ‘Necessary Targets’ reading and in ’33 Variations’. You were powerful in both.

I’m shocked that there are still pinheads out there that think actions don’t have consequences. Sure it’s been forty years and I hope it goes on for another 40 years. And let this be an example for anyone else in Hollywood who has the same aspirations.

    (extreme profanity…)

She said she would love to operate the AA gun and shoot down our pilots who were bombing the enemy. Why did she even go there???

She walked a line, shaking hands with our prisoners of war and collecting scraps of paper that those prisoners worked very hard to create – to let the prisoners families know each was still alive – and she turned them all in to the camp commander which resulted in increased punishment for the POWs.
    Screw you Jane. Lying sack.

glad you have some of those comments from her blog, Jonn…
i say everybody needs to keep calling QVC and hammer on them about this…maybe email them a couple of pictures, like the one above the fold…see what she says about that..

    stupid Biotch…and i am being nice… 😉

My father flew KC-135s in Vietnam. He calmly talked about being shot at by the NVA, quite possibly by guns like that.

Sorry Jane; if you want forgiveness, go suck start a shotgun to show me how penitent you are.

Really? I seem to recall a bunch of Vets showing up and protesting in a town you were going to film a movie in and it caused the production company to move locations. Mind you, it wasn’t just Vietnam Vets that showed up, but Korean and WWII Vets as well. My father-in-law is a Purple Heart recipient from Korea, as well as my best friend’s dad is, also, and they can’t stand your skanky ass, either.

Go suck a grenade ya shriveled up old bitch.

#3 Robo, I have to strongly disagree with you.

She deserves to be in a shallow, unmarked grave after doing the twist at the end of a rope. Not out of any personal animus, either, just the principal of it. When did we stop executing traitors, anyway? Well, until Obama wanted to put on his “tough on terror” act…

If the Good Lord would grant for me to be there when she stands before her Maker and is required to give an Account of her life to the Judge of all the universe, to see all of the lies and half-truths revealed for what they are, burning in her lying mouth as a literal foretaste of Hell, I shall consider myself among the most blessed of men.

A man reaps what he sows. She sowed to the wind, let her reap the whirlwind. There is no sympathy, compassion or mercy in my heart toward her, because she chose her path.

  13. Doc Bailey says:

VVA has a bumper sticker that says “when the Jews Forgive Hitler, We’ll think about forgiving Jane Fonda”

so Imagine you’re a draftee, whose only sin is to just SHOW UP, you’re scared shitless, pretty much everyone says its a lost cause, most of the guys you run into don’t want to teach you anything because a Green troop is a dead troop. Now some of the most beautiful women, who you’d give anything to see, are calling you a baby killer and actively hoping you’re gonna die, and beating the shit out of you if you DARE wear your uniform? Gee why on EARTH would you be upset about that?

that Jane Fonda, John Kerry (who as a Naval officer should KNOW BETTER DAMMIT), Sean Penn, etc are still free and have not served day one for treason is a serious miscarriage of justice.

  14. james says:

Her difficulty lies in the fact that liberals do not understand or recognize honor. No amount of time or other “good” works may regain it. The day of that picture she lost her honor.

  15. Sporkmaster says:

Here is some more of things that she wished would go away.

    From Snopes and POW.net.

  16. Old Trooper says:

My mother-in-law is a liberal and one day her and my wife were talking about Hanoi Jane and what she did back then. Of course my Oprah watching m-i-l was defending her actions in Vietnam by stating that “she was just a kid back then and that kids do impulsive things”. I heard this and stated that Hanoi Jane was 35 when she went to Vietnam and reminded my m-i-l that Hanoi Jane was older than she is and if she considered herself a kid back in ’72, since she was married with 3 kids and had a house and job, etc. That shut her up real quick.

BTW Hanoi Jane was 35 when she went to Vietnam, which made her older than most Company Commanders that were serving in combat at the time.

  17. AW1 Tim says:

She can complain all she wants to. I will never forgive her for her words or actions.

  18. Outlaw13 says:

“She can complain all she wants to. I will never forgive her for her words or actions.”

  19. NHSparky says:

She better hope that when she passes her grave is either unmarked or has 24 hour guards posted or it’ll float away. First keg is on me.

  20. NHS #20: We had a port-o-let with Jane Fonda’s name on it at GoE-I. I’ve been trying to find the pix, but no joy yet.

Tuff Sh*t Bitch, I will never forget and will not forgive you for being a traitor to the Country and my brothers!

  22. jerry says:

Her and her Hypocrite husband at the time (one each Ted “Clinton News Network” Turner) arrived via Helicopter for the filming of one of the Turds Network TV (aka TNT) Civil War shows. The field was full of Civil War re-enactors lined up waiting for the filming. As the bitch Fonda and Turd Ted walked down the line, the re-enactors turned their back on the traitorous bitch…one by one… every fricking one of them…

  23. Doc Bailey says:

An interesting read. Somehow the “death, or five years in prison and $10,000 fine” doesn’t add up. MIGHT need to be updated.

    explains treason and its subsections

explains how someone is brought to justice.

Apparently in the entire history of the united states there have only been 30 treason trials. Adam Gadahn being the most recent. However IF you were so inclined and IF you somehow had the political will (you’d probably need the head of the DOJ to sign off on it) you COULD bring Hanoi Jane up for trial.

  24. #21 ZP – Was that in 2007? I have a photo from 2008 with a sign that reads “Hanoi Janes HQ” on a port-a-potty. Also have one the next year of her hung in effigy with a sign “Jane Fonda, Traitor, Bitch.”

  25. Bubblehead Ray says:

When I worked in Labor and Delivery she came to our unit to help her step-daughter deliver her baby. Luckily, I wasn’t working that day, or I’m sure I would have been looking for a new job. As it was, I heard from the Nurses who were there that day that she is a grade “A” bitch. Color me surprised.

F*ck her. I spend no time thinking about her, and no money on any of her projects. However, I’d be happy to help Sparky “water” her grave when the time comes.

  26. Sporkmaster says:

Not to forget this photo about her from Iraq.

  27. Horseface says:

This is what happens when, instead of hanging traitors, we give them Academy awards.

  28. Richard Elmore says:

I believe anyone who give aid and comfort to the enemy is a traitor only because of her name she was not charged as such

  29. Old Trooper says:

Most leftists don’t ever have to account for their actions. They simply “get a pass” and go about their lives. In this instance, because of the severity of her actions, Hanoi Jane is forced to account for her actions, yet instead of admitting her traitorous actions, she continues to blame others for her stupidity and unforgivable treatment of those that sacrificed for her and everyone else. Anyone that would tell those POWs, like Jeremiah Denton, John McCain, Admiral Stockdale, etc., that she saw in Vietnam, that they are liars for saying that they were tortured after they came home should have been thrown out of the country right then and their. She niether deserves her wealth nor her freedom.

Fuck her and every piece of shit that supports her. Yeah, I’m talking to you, Walters, you crusty old bitch.

  30. Cedo Alteram says:

1)I can’t believe she had the gall to mentioned her exercise DVD merchandise. Could have sworn she got in trouble for not mentioning she has some plastic surgery of some kind to get into the figure she had. An accusation she denied for years.

    2) #4 yep. Participating in our enemy’s proganda, in a time of war, on their soil and directly assisting enemy agents in the brutalizing of our own guys in a foreign land, would be flat treason in another era. She’s a traitor, if not by court conviction, then at least by action.

May she die in a car fire and hopefully her head will go last, so she live through each minute till the end.

  31. DaveO says:

    Donald Sutherland too?

    Well crap.

  32. Old Trooper says:

DaveO; He’s Canadian, so I wasn’t shocked to learn of that many years ago.

  33. RM says:

    Here’s how she should behave:
    1. Admit she was young and idealistic, and wasn’t fully aware of the damage she was doing.
    2. Admit she is now a capitalist, her workout videos, QVC hawking, and marriage to megacapitalist Ted Turner were all part of her “conversion”.
    3. Admit that while she is “opposed” to the Right’s POV in politics, she understands why they vilify her and while they are justified, she has reformed and is sorry for what she did.

Will that make it all go away? Nope, but everyone deserves a second chance, and she has walked the walk without talking the talk. As a result, she’s still an unapologetic socialist/communist who is using the free market to spread her venom.

  34. Doc Bailey says:

I think it’s funny how Donald is this huge anti-war guy (too bad I kinda liked him) but his son Keifer is the super bad ass on 24, that has no problem shocking terrorist balls.

Just out of curiosity isn’t Bradley Manning on trial for giving “aid and comfort to the enemy”

  35. jonace6 says:

Just because a piece of shit dries up and stops smelling, doesn’t mean it’s not still a piece of shit.

  36. Inbredredneck says:

If she appeared on national TV and publicly apologized to each individual name as she read them off the Wall, I still wouldn’t believe she meant it.

  37. AbbeyWinston says:

Your article is deliberately misleading. You conveniently omitted the part of that interview where she says she very much regrets having her picture taken on the gun. So your claim she denies it ever happened is just hogwash and you know it or you would have included that part too. Tsk Tsk. Makes me wonder what else on this site is unabashed lying? You guys work for Karl Rove or what? Too bad–till this I thot I was going to enjoy browsing your site but I think now I won’t bother. So we know you are a liar–lets see if you are a coward too. Lets see if you have the balls to let this show in your comments section…

    • Jonn Lilyea says:

Abbey, you Canadian ditz, she said nothing of the sort in her entire post. If she said she regretted having her picture taken, she didn’t say it in her post and I don’t think I’m going to chase down quotes I don’t believe to make the perpetually outraged happy. I don’t think she’s sorry one little bit, if she was, she’d understand the naked hatred towards her and accept it as unavoidable. But instead she whined and begged you to feel sorry for her and to validate her.

I suggest that if you don’t like what I write that you don’t read it. Thousands and millions of people avoid reading my blog everyday, so you’ll be in good (but ignorant) company. As far as leaving your comment up, I’ve been disparaged by better people than you on a daily basis.

Hey Abbey; she regrets having her picture taken on the AA gun, but doesn’t regret placing her skanky ass on it to begin with.

“Too bad–till this I thot I was going to enjoy browsing your site but I think now I won’t bother.”

    Now who’s lying?

I noticed that you had to throw the “Karl Rove” dig in there which means you’re probably a George Soros employee (see how that works? We can both cover the political side of things). You came here with one specific goal in mind that had nothing to do with browsing this site. You’re a troll, or tool, or both.
