Sean Michael Moore; phony SF

| September 1, 2017 | 34 Comments

Our partners at Professional Soldiers share thier work on this fellow Sean Michael Moore who works with Force Blue which claim that they are;

[T]he ONLY non-profit in the world specifically created to aid former combat divers and Special Operations veterans in their assimilation back to civilian life by giving them a new, positive mission to help the planet. By helping Special Ops veterans adapt their military skills to civilian life by giving them a new mission, they will again have a purpose which may reduce the rate of suicide.

Six Special Ops veterans of the Iraq/Afghanistan wars, will be deployed soon to be taught how to adapt their military skills to rebuild and preserve coral reefs off the coast of Grand Cayman. Meet the FORCE BLUE TEAM ONE members.

In his bio at that page, Moore claims;

Born in Upstate NY, Sean joined the Army in 2006 and served with the esteemed Army Special Forces (Green Berets) until 2012. During that time he deployed twice to Iraq — once to Kirkuk and again in 2008 to Mosul. During Sean’s deployment to Mosul he was hit with a small roadside IED in a trash pile while dismounting. The blast damaged his knee, and he received various shrapnel wounds. He was also diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). From 2008-2011, Sean was in and out of VA care and was diagnosed with PTS. From the TBI he suffered short term memory loss, impulse control, and bi polar like symptoms. In the years since, Sean has managed his issues with the help of his wife Hannah and son. The couple is expecting their second child later in 2017.

Yeah, no. He was in the Army, but he was a combat engineer at Fort Carson, Colorado, from 2006 – 2011. His discharge says that he had 3 years, 9 months and 22 days in the service, but the math on the DD214 differs. That makes me think that he has bad time for being a deserter. He was recommended for an other than honorable discharge in lieu of a Court Martial;

No Special Forces training, he’s not even parachutist qualified. He is a veteran of the Iraq War and he has a Combat Action Badge, but it looks like they took it back when he was discharged because it’s not on his DD214;

His date of rank (E-1) is just a few days before his discharge.

    Is this THE Michael Moore’s long lost Love Child?

    Must be, cuz they both are full of Scheiße!

  2. HT3 '83-'87 says:

    I guess I can almost understand the A-J-Squared away pencil pusher longing for high speed, low drag stories to tell at the local veteran’s watering hole. He did his time, but “PC Load Letter” error tales aren’t nearly as fascinating as kicking in doors & firefights with the bad guys.

    It’s the P.O.S. non-hackers that makes up all these daring tales I don’t get. I mean dude, you’re a fuck-up that hated the military almost as much as the military hated you. Move on with your sorry ass.

  3. Graybeard says:

    Sean Michael Moore is a liar.
    Sean Michael Moore is a loser.
    Sean Michael Moore is not Special Forces.
    Sean Michael Moore did not serve honorably.
    Sean Michael Moore is, most likely, a thief, a con man, and may even be a pervert.

    Sean Michael Moore should not be used for anything but target practice.

  4. CB Senior says:

    Trying to hard D-Bag

  5. 11b-mailclerk says:

    So, he is more “Falcon, Blue”, eh?

  6. Stick Stickly says:

    The organization itself looks legit. It’s a shame they didn’t do their vetting properly with this oxygen thief.

  7. A Proud Infidel®™ says:

    Another men’s room toe-tapping meat gazer.

  8. Combat Historian says:

    This guy was assigned to rear det of 2d Special Troops Battalion of 2d BCT/4ID when he was discharged. “Special Troops” is JUST LIKE Special Forces, so this dude is legit…(sarc)

  9. Dapandico says:

    ERB shows 443 days of lost time.

  10. Skippy says:

    Hey it’s Friday! ! ! !
    About Damn time we got a poser on here claiming Army

    BHWHAHAHAHA ! ! ! !

  11. Sandman says:

    He’s been canned! Got this from Force Blue

    Chris, This is Jim Ritterhoff, Executive Director, FORCE BLUE. On behalf of our entire organization I would like to thank you for bringing to light the issues surrounding Sean Moore’s service record. Please understand, today is the first we’d heard of any of this. I confronted Sean with the facts this afternoon, and he came clean. I informed him that he would no longer be a part of any FORCE BLUE TEAM ONE missions or deployments moving forward, and he accepted that outcome. Involving Sean in our initial deployment was an egregious mistake, and one that will never be replicated. Air Force PJ and Silver Star recipient Roger Sparks has been installed as our Director of Recruitment & Deployment, and processes are being put in place to ensure such mistakes never happen again. Thank you for looking out for our SOF Veteran community and what I hope will be your continued support of FORCE BLUE.

  12. HMCS(FMF) ret says:

    Another taint tickling, ballsack working, special feces warrior!

  13. George says:

    His facebook is disturbing. It’s not just Force Blue that he’s ganked. It’s a local martial arts gym in Huntsville, it’s Mighty Oaks Warrior Programs out of California, We Defy Foundation out of Texas and probably more.

  14. Green Thumb says:

    In the words of Frankie Cee “A mega-pathetic loser”.

    OTH = Shitbag.

    Folks, doing your time ain’t that god damn hard.

    To hell with this clown.

  15. Wee Willy says:

    It is becoming endemic in America. Lie, lie big, lie long and be rewarded greatly for it. Get exposed and then just keep on going like the battery bunny. When will there be a means of redress for the public against the falsifiers? Probably not ever, just keep-on-a-lying and being paid for it. Abominable.

  16. Wee willy says:

    Maybe a hot dose of tar and feathers for a few of these fellows and the word would get out.

  17. lily says:

    I did security on a back alley of a house that was being raided by spec ops. They were looking for a high value target and caught him. Moore might have gotten away with lying about doing something like I did, but lying about being spec ops is the height of stupidity.

  18. Yef says:

    I ordered a pull bar power tower at the friggin AFEES exchange online for 199 bucks, and the exact same thing is at Walmart for 113 dollars.

    Why is AFEES doing this?

  19. Jeff LPH 3, 63-66 says:

    this guy claims to have have done moore things than Carter has Liver Pills. I guess moore is less of a man.

  20. fibmcgee1 says:

    Jonn noted the possibility of the Army rescinding his earned CAB?
    If he originally earned it, how can the honor be clawed back? I don’t get it.

    • Green Thumb says:

      My best guess is because he did not earn it.

      And the CAB criteria is somewhat more loose than the CIB and CMB.

      In any event, this clown has achieved “Extra Shitbag” status.

  21. Old 1SG, US Army (Retired) says:

    Special Troops, sounds like SF… check

    Rear detachment… check

    PVT, E-1… check

    Sounds like the real deal to me!

    Another douche bag, and as someone mentioned hated the Army more than the Army hated him.

    Reminds me of a phone call I received one day when I was a First Sergeant from a security company in Vegas… they were looking for a “reference” for one of my former soldiers. He had applied for a security position at a casino…

    I told the caller that this guy has a lot of nerve using me as a reference. I asked if he was aware of his drug use and the fact that he was a deserter… the phone went silent… and then the guy thanked me for my time. Not sure if he ever got the job though…
