Luis Enrique Monroy Bracamontes charged for deputies’ murder

| January 17, 2018 | 96 Comments

Fox News reports that Luis Enrique Monroy Bracamontes, an illegal immigrant who has been expelled a number of times made a court appearance for his 2014 murder of two Sacramento County Sheriff Department deputies;

“I wish I had killed more of the mother——-s,” Bracamontes told the court. he continued, “I will break out soon and I will kill more, kill whoever gets in front of me…There’s no need for a f—ing trial.”

Bracamontes defense attorneys cited the outburst as more evidence that their client is unfit to stand trial.

California is threatening him with the death penalty, but California couldn’t put Charles Manson to death for a movie star’s death, who thinks that they’ll put a cop killer to death?

Public defenders Jeffrey Barbour and Norm Dawson have unsuccessfully attempted to enter a plea of not guilty by insanity, and argued that it is unlikely their client will receive a fair trial due to the anti-immigrant sentiment encouraged by President Trump’s hardline stance on immigration.

Yeah, that’s why he’ll be found guilty, not his public proclamations that he murdered the deputies.

California, the sanctuary shithole.

This pig is the poster child for a needle. I’ll do it. I’ve done it tens of thousands of times, I’ll do it right the first time. People like this scum have no reason to breathe air I might some day need.

  2. NHSparky says:

    Anti-immigrant sentiment in CA?

Yeah, it’s so fucking bad there an illegal shoots a woman and still skates on the charge.

  3. HMC Ret says:

To me, the best that could be hoped for from the land of fruits and nuts is that it break into at least three and may be as many as five states. Get out of the destructive ‘progressive’ areas and California is fairly conservative.

    • Perry Gaskill says:

There’s a new effort underway to split California into two states. It would involve creating “New California” out of the strip of coastal counties running from San Francisco Bay to Los Angeles.

My own view is that splitting California makes sense on a variety of levels, but I’m not sure the New California plan is the most logical. Based on a variety of factors, including terrain, a better split might be into north and south of a line running roughly from Bakersfield to Santa Maria.

      • 11B-Mailclerk says:

The Constitution specifies that a state may not be made out of another without consent of the original state. So the currentfolks running California would have to consent to the breakup.

I cannot imagine the California legislature would consent to:
= Adding a new conservative state with two conservative senators.
= cutting off the flow of taxes from rural areas.
= putting a new conservative state astride the water and power lifeline feeding places like Los Angeles.
= retaining their absurd debts now concentrated on a fraction of the prior headcount.
= giving up their giant place in the electoral college

They are far more likely to say “oh yeah? We secede the whole state out of the USA!”

They would demand Puerto Rico and DC as states (presumably left/socialist) to even begin to consider allowing New California to exist. Also, expect them to demand the USA effectively eat all the CA debt and guarantee effectively unlimited power and water to the urban areas, and strong enviro restrictions upstream.

It will take something drastic to make the CA power people agree without extortionate nonsense. Something like a separatist insurrection with successful rebel control of power and water, and demonstrated willingness to stop the flow, and ability to get away with it.

If even then. They -know- they are doomed without the rest of the state to pad the books and feed the cities.

        • Perry Gaskill says:

I’m sometimes reminded of a line from Joan Didion:

“It is very easy to sit at the bar in, say, La Scala in Beverly Hills, or Ernie’s in San Francisco, and to share in the pervasive delusion that California is only five hours from New York by air. The truth is that La Scala and Ernie’s are only five hours from New York by air. California is somewhere else.”

          • UpNorth says:

Californication is 5 hours from reality.

            • Perry Gaskill says:

You might be missing the point. Most of my immediate neighbors in California are ranchers. If there’s any Californicating going on, it’s by illegals like Luis Enrique Monroy Bracamontes who move in uninvited and want to shoot the Sheriff. And also by his enablers– in or out of state– who make sure he’s protected because of an agenda.

What’s also apparently true is that New York City mainstream media hates California and has since the film business moved to LA from New Jersey around 1910. A latter-day manifestation of such interstate jealousy is that the New York Times now gets a collective stiffy anytime it can trash talk Silicon Valley.

Judging all of California by looking only at Beverly Hills or San Francisco makes about as much sense as judging all of Oregon by looking only at Portland.

              • The Other Whitey says:

Drive around San Diego County, you’ll see lots and lots of Gadsden Flags, pro-gun bumper stickers, and “Build the Wall” signs. Drive around Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, and you’ll plenty of NRA, CalGuns, and CRPA logos on every other truck. Drive up I-5 from Bakersfield and you’ll soon pick up on the fact that Central Valley farmers are not fond of politicians who sign their name with a (D). And in Fresno, I once saw a big-ass lifted Dodge Ram with NRA bumper stickers across the tailgate and a massive custom red-white-and-blue “PUNJABI REDNECK” decal spanning the entire rear window.

If LA, San Francisco, Berkeley, and Sacramento got nukes by the Norks, the rest of California would collectively point and laugh.

                • 11B-Mailclerk says:

Those folks wil have to either restructure the CA government or migrate. Things are only going to get worse for them, and that is intentional.

Their current “leaders” are counting on option #2, in order to swap them for more …. compliant voters.

                  • USMC Steve says:

11-B, that is fine. If the normal folks leave Kalifornia, they lose congressional seats, and thus lose power, while a real state will gain some. Over the last two years, Kali lost at least 2 house seats, and Texas picked them up. Then when Kali is a truly bluer than balls state, they can be as stupid as they can be, it will little affect us.

                    • 11B-Mailclerk says:

If they count the illegally import d folks, and they do, then there may be a net gain for CA.

The census counts residents, not citizens. That count is then used to apportion the representatives.

So the CA government may not actually care very much that the Americans leave, as they are raising a bumper crop to replace them.

Tax revenue is another story, but I expect that the CA government has every intention of mooching a major bailout when the next so-called progressive gets elected President. They won’t miss any next opportunity. Plus, some of the nitwits actually believe that “you didn’t build that” but -they- did.

              • USMC Steve says:

Except all the real power and political power rests with the leftards who are destroying that state every day, and as fast as they can. The good folks need to get the fuck out of there.

        • USMC Steve says:

NOt always true. Look at how West Virginia was fromed from Virginia. I doubt anyone even consulted the Confederates on that one.

    Memo to defense attorneys,
    1) You are in California not a real state.
    2) Your client is not an immigrant, he is an illegal immigrant. Legal immigrants are almost the majority in California.

  5. OWB says:

Simplest solution is to find him guilty on some federal charge, then store him somewhere that the local population has no reservation in shooting him the first time he attempts an escape.

There are 747 inmates sitting on death row in Kommifornia:

Wiki shows a partial list – I helped put a ex-Marine on death row (as a jury member) for the shotgun murder of a cab driver in 29 Palms back in the mid-90’s.

  12. Combat Historian says:

A commiefornia jury will probably blame it all on Trump and find him “Not Guilty”…

  13. The Other Whitey says:

Fucker needs to die. Unfortunately we’re still waiting for Raymond Lee Oyler, the sister-fucking whiskey-tango cocksucker who lit dozens of fires along Banning Pass, including the Esperanza, which killed the crew of US Forest Service BDF Engine-57, to get his date with the Reaper. The piece of shit is trying to appeal his death sentence.

    The men he murdered:
    Captain Mark Loutzenhiser
    FEO Jess McLean
    AFEO Jason McKay
    Firefighter Pablo Cerda
    Firefighter Daniel Hoover-Najera

McLean, McKay, and Cerda died where they fell. Hoover-Najera and Captain Loutzenhiser died in Arrowhead Burn Center. Hoover-Najera was 20 years old.

Fuck Raymond Oyler and fuck this piece of shit.

    • RGR 4-78 says:

      Rest easy Brothers.

You can find pictures of Engine 57 on the net. It will give you some idea of how intense the fire was.

      • The Other Whitey says:

Jess McLean was standing at the ass-end pump panel when he saw the fire coming. He tried to refuge in the cab. He was found next to the duals. He had time to take two steps before he died. Even if he had made it to the cab, it would have done him no good. Same story for the above-ground swimming pool he was drafting from. In-ground pools will save your life. Above-ground pools will boil you like a lobster.

A forensic review of a video taken by a guy on another engine found McKay’s last words lost in the noise of the wind. It’s inaudible in the video itself, drowned out by wind, fire, and engine noise, but some sound guys working for the investigation were able to isolate and play back McKay’s voice gasping “57, Emergency traffic!” on somebody’s H/T. By the sound of it, he was already burning when he keyed his mike.

If Oyler burns in hell, it won’t be enough.

    • A Proud Infidel®™ says:

Raymond Lee Oyler needs to be burned at the stake.

    • Ex-PH2 says:

      He likes fires, huh?

Throw him into one of the pools at Yellowstone. (Is that too mean of me?)

  14. Mason says:

Frankly I’m surprised they still have him in custody. Figured an admitted cop killer would get bail in Cali. Especially since he’s been marginalized as an “undocumented” immigrant with obvious mental health issues.

  15. rgr769 says:

Even if the judge and jury give him “the big sleep,” he will likely die of old age on death row.

  16. Veritas Omnia Vincit says:

Regarding Manson the difference being he didn’t actually kill anyone…he had others do it…he’s still a piece of trash murderer who should have been executed but I digress…this asshole did the killing and I don’t really care if he’s unfit…I don’t want him killing some poor institutional worker either…kill him and his days of criminality are over.

  17. Steve1371 says:

    That’s illegal immigration, snowflake.

    • A Proud Infidel®™ says:

You gotta remember that the vast majority of reporters these days are not only liberal D-rat Mediots, they’re dyed in the wool TARDOs as well.

    • rgr769 says:

It’s not even immigration in the case of this shitbag. He is an illegal alien felon professional criminal, who decided he was going to kill cops so he wouldn’t end up back in the pound for years again and then deported for the sixth time.

  19. The Other Whitey says:

    How’s this for a deterrent:

Any illegal alien convicted of a felony (excluding illegal immigration charges) shall be subject to immediate execution, not eligible for appeal.

  24. DOUGout says:

If he can make his way to San Francisco the police will furnish him with a pistol. It is unclear how much free ammunition will be supplied but I can confidently say that, for the protection of the unarmed/disarmed citizens our legislature has mandated the magazines will only be capable of holding ten (10) rounds. So we’ve got that going for us.
    DOUG out

  25. 11B-Mailclerk says:

the folks running California will never agree to the breakup. They will say “no” , and go about discouraging further uppity conservatives and seperatists.

They will drive them out of the state, and replace them with imports. Perpetual power is the goal, and they intend to set the template for other states.

“Land reform” will be the big red flag.

    • 11B-Mailclerk says:

Interesting development: upcoming announced in advance ICE raids in CA.

The left likes to use social shaming and lawfare to suppress their opponents. So the ICE action could be a golden opportunity for the Federal folks to press charges against key CA folks for trafficking, obstruction, etc. also for various civil suits. At some point, a confrontation may occur over some really horrific illegal immigrant offender, like repeat pederast or such. Shaming would then ensue.

How far does the CA state government go to oppose the ICE actions? At what point does criminal prosecution and civil rights actions become likely? Would they go far enough to allow the use of “insurrection” with a straight face?

And if that latter case comes to pass, would the Federal folks be able to wrangle recognition of the “New California” folks?

There is, after all, the precedent of 1865.

    “California, the sanctuary shithole.”

  27. Ex-PH2 says:

‘Public defenders Jeffrey Barbour and Norm Dawson have unsuccessfully attempted to enter a plea of not guilty by insanity.’

If I read this correctly, CA has a ‘not guilty because nuts’ law, which most states have changed to ‘guilty but mentally ill’, meaning the individual must undergo treatment in jail but is still required to serve his sentence when judged ‘cured’.

It’s a mystery to me that a ‘civilized’ state like CA would not do that, but a lot of things about CA mystify me.

    • Perry Gaskill says:

The main difference is what happens after the trial. If you’re found guilty, you’re sent to prison for a more-or-less specific term. Except for the death penalty or life, you do your time and eventually get out.

Those found not guilty by reason of insanity are handled differently. They are sent to a state hospital for the criminally insane and the sentence is determined by when you can prove you are no longer crazy. The chances of which often amounting to slim or none, and Slim has left town.

People who have been locked up in both prison and the nut house have said that an asylum can be a worse form of punishment.

Look at it this way. All other things being equal, would you rather be standing in a chow line with a garden-variety East LA gang banger, or with some seriously twisted freak who craves human flesh during a full moon?

      • 2/17 Air Cav says:

“Except for the death penalty or life….” Actually, it’s worse. AQ life sentence in most states means a certain number of years (e.g., MD is 15) must be served before the inmate may be released. If it’s life w/o the possibility of parole, that USUALLY means one’s natural life and the guy will dies in the joint.
