Lance Cpl. Vasillios Pistolis guilty in court martial

ABC News reports that Lance Cpl. Vasillios Pistolis was convicted in a court martial this week for participating in the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia last year.

Lance Cpl. Vasillios Pistolis was convicted Monday of failing to obey an order or regulation and making a false official statement under Articles 92 and 107 in the Uniform Code of Military Justice, according to the 2nd Marine Logistics Group.

ProPublica first reported in May that Pistolis belonged to a white supremacist group and was found bragging online about the violence he carried out during the August rally, at which one demonstrator died.

He has been sentenced to 28 days of confinement, a reduction of two ranks to E-1, and the forfeiture of two-thirds of his pay for a month.

From Task & Purpose;

Two other Marines from Camp Lejeune were arrested in May 2017 for flying a white supremacist banner at a pro-confederate rally in Graham, North Carolina. Sgt. Michael Chesny was administratively separated from the Marine Corps on April 11 for taking part in “extremist activities;” and Staff Sgt. Joseph Manning was discharged on Dec. 8, 2017, Corps officials told Task & Purpose.

Deserves a big chicken dinner and a bus ticket back to whatever backwater racist shit hole he came from. Fucking traitor.

  2. Mason says:

    Adios, MFers. Good riddance.

  3. JacktheJarhead says:

Yeah, thanks, Shitbirds! The MSM gets hold of things like this and then they can tell the world, See we told you all those Marines are racist/facists. Jerk weeds!

Pistolis was 18 and had all ready drawn the attn of NCIS before the rally. He was reportedly interviewed by NCIS w/o resultant action. Pistolis was 15 or 16 when he got involved with white supremacy groups, so whatever background investigation was done on him was not very deep. So, he is being allowed to remain a Marine? If so, that’s shocking, considering what he self reported after the rally, including “drop-kicking” a tranny, which the tranny later confirmed. He also claimed to have beaten and bloodied others at the rally. The way I see it is that misguided assholes (thinking of you, Rapone) will make their way into service, but when they are discovered, no time should be wasted separating them and sending them on their way. Unfortunately, in this case and in Rapone’s case, much time was wasted.

I hadn’t read that about Pistolis. I figured it was mutual combat, therefor fairer game.

Unless there is some discharge waiting for this dumbass after his confinement, I feel sorry for the NCOs and JOs that get saddled with him when he returns to a unit.

Babysitting shitbirds takes too much time away from growing good Marines/Soldiers/Sailors/Airman.

    • MrBill says:

I don’t have any inside info, but I’m reasonably certain that an admin discharge will follow shortly. I’d be shocked if the Corps decided that this….young man was worth keeping.

Lance Cpl. Vasillios Pistolis a white supremacist?
And neo-Confederates are all white nationalists now?
I carry absolutely no water for anyone that hates anyone else based on DNA but these guys are kicked to the curb while one outted commie is allowed to serve?
There is a virus of intolerance of moderation in this country but I never knew keeping unsavory company was against UCMJ.

    • 5JC says:

      The commie got kicked out.

Confederates can’t be Nationalists by definition. They are rebels.

The banner was not a confederate banner. It was a White Nationalist Banner:

I am also surprised they kept him. He must have been seriously remorseful. Maybe we will see him again in ten years telling us about his Silver Stars and war time experiences.

      • Ret_25X says:

“Confederates can’t be Nationalists by definition. They are rebels”

So that whole “Confederate States of America” was what, exactly?

Yes, neo-confederates can be nationalists…just not nationalists in favor of the USA as currently composed.

        That alone is scary.

      • desert says:

WRONG……Confederates WERE rebels!! Big difference a 142 years make right?

    • rgr769 says:

In progtardism, tolerance only runs in one direction, toward the “progressive,” crypto-communist point of view. That is why Rapone was tolerated, despite his open hatred of his own country and his adoption of communist ideology. Unfortunately, for many of our fellow citizens, taking that oath of allegiance to our constitution and its form of government is only a meaningless formality. Rapone took that oath at least twice, but wanted to violate it in any way possible for the triumph of his wrongheaded ideology.

    • Roh-Dog says:

      Noted, 5JC and rgr769.
It’s hard to suss out the nuance in these incidents. What seems to be the take away, Antifa and these clowns deserve each other. (Sad attempt at humor over the cancer that plagues the Republic)

      • Ret_25X says:

Perhaps, but actions and beliefs that lead one to favor the overthrow of the Republic can come from both left and right.

Placed into that perspective, an antifa jerkoff is just as useless to the military as a white nationalist jerkoff.

May the Corps forget you were with them.
