But you have to admit, head shot, under stress is decent shooting. But the bad part it is harder to defend in court. Hopefully he does not get charged and hope he has a good lawyer for the lawsuit from the scumbags family.

Won’t be a lawsuit. The counter-suit would end paying everything to the victim and more. This is why families of bad guys never sue victims. Now if the police had killed him it would be another thing altogether.

That store owner in Florida who shot the fleeing shoplifter over the beer yesterday is looking at a bad lawsuit. But he got arrested.

      • JacktheJarhead says:

Good point. Do you have a link to the Florida one? I heard something about that. Was it in one of the earlier feel goods?

        Yeah, he is screwed.

The Houston story sounds like a good reason to regularly practice head-shots on a hostage target.

But can you imagine the wife’s thoughts as she sees her husband pointing a gun at them while she is hostage? I’d need to take Mrs. GB for a week in the mountains to recoup.

Not to mention the potential downside if someone twitches. People watch ‘way too many movies. And only critical? Sounds like a high-dollar graze.
